Je ne pouvais me rendre sur place lors de la visite car j’étais à l’étranger. Outvisit l’a donc faite pour moi encore dans la même journée, le processus était très facile dans l’entiereté. Le compte rendu répondait à mes attentes avec beaucoup de photos/ vidéos et l’agent à répondu à toutes mes questions!

Due to my holiday abroad, I was not able to do the obligatory visit of an apartment I was interested in and that would mean I could not apply for it. Andrey was available on very short notice, communicated clearly, did the visit and shared his findings via photo’s, video’s and messages. Top!

J'étais à la recherche d'un appartement pour débuter mes études, mais habitant dans un autre canton plutôt loin, je ne pouvais pas me rendre sur place, j'ai donc testé ce site qui m'a vraiment laissée agréablement surprise. Tout d'abord on reçoit des vidéos qui nous permettent de voir l'appartement comme si on y était. De plus, après on a une analyse en profondeur de toutes les pièces, ainsi que de nombreuses photos. Les caracthéristiques des pièces sont notées avec des étoiles, système qui nous permet tout de suite d'avoir une idée sur la pièce. Ce qui caractérise ce site est aussi l'attention portée au quartier dans lequel l'appartement se trouve, on reçoit aussi des photos de l'extérieur. Bref, je ne peux vraiment que vous le conseiller!
