Very good customer service. Were able to resolve all our issues promptly.

I purchased paving pedestals from Ovaeda to lay 60m2 of porcelain paving tiles on patios around my house in Aberdeenshire.
The installation went well however the result is a disaster.
The porcelain pavers were laid level on a recommendation from Ovaeda and they retain water to an extent that there are puddles on the patio on each tile. The surface tension on the flat tile surface prevents any drainage despite there being no grout to stop water run off. I spoke with the technical people at Ovaeda and at no time did they suggest there would be a problem. They advised me to lay them level too!!

I’ve now got 3 patios with 20m2 on each that turn into ice rinks in winter!! This can’t be a surprise.

I’m disappointed they push their products without full disclosure about the downsides!

I’ve spent months trying to resolve the situation and fortunately I found a solution which isn’t offered by the supplier.

Very poor, they talk a good story but do not have the expertise or experience to back it up.

I would never recommend using pedestals for porcelain pavers in any environment where excessive water retention on the pavers could be an issue. ( Basically any where in the Uk with freezing temperatures)

Just a heads up before you purchase these items.

Excellent service and fast delivery of quality products... what else can one say.

Great service, samples delivered so quickly and presented beautifully with a little bar of chocolate too.
The product looks exactly what I was hoping for, so I’m going to order it when we are ready with the garden ground work.

Ovaeda worked with us to produce a great design. They were supportive and flexible with changes even after work had started. We have a great looking aluminimum and porcelain deck about a metre off the ground.

Their products are great and Armani's customer service is excellent.

Aaron was great, he was able to speed up my delivery and I got my order within 48 hours. Excellent service and the product is perfect too.

Good quality product as described and prompt delivery...

We were very cautious when looking to choose our porcelain tiles for our garden project as it’s a lot of money to spend! …. we needed someone that knew their products and that we felt we could trust. We had researched for some time and needed tiles and steps from the same material (made to measure) that were finished to the same exceptional quality. We came across Ovaeda online and made initial enquiries with the company - immediately we felt we had found a company that were not only professional but also approachable and genuine. Ovaeda were incredibly knowledgeable and showed a real interest and understanding in what our requirements were. Anton and his team @Ovaeda were just what you would want in a company- they went over and above on more than one occasion to provide an excellent customer service. Always at the end of the phone when required- even in the evening when our delivery arrived! Anton also spoke to our landscaper on site to ensure our job was first class and that’s exactly what we have- a first class project, with beautiful tiles and steps that make our garden look so fabulous!- thank you to Ovaeda.

Anton and the team provided excellent products and an amazing service. So glad we found you … A* company, we would absolutely recommend as your tile provider! Thank you so much- Sharon and Jason

Great help in designing a subframe for decking to support a frameless glass balustrade. Very innovate design, avoiding the need to puncture the flat roof. Team were very helpful, quality goods and all delivered on time. I am a DIYer and was able to fit this to the plan.

Absolutely Amazing so far.

Felt apprehensive as I hadn't heard of them before but si far the customer service, sales samples everything seems amazing. Definitely look at going ahead with these guys. They offered to send me longer samples if it helped me choose which one I liked so waiting for those. I've been trying to scratch the samples to see how good the capped coating is ( as other have scratched and look awful) and seems scratch proof whilst others claim scratch resistant. The grains look so natural and all the colours are gorgeous.

Great service very efficient & helpful would definitely recommend this company

We shopped around for the best price on a large pedestal and rail system with black composite decking for our terrace and decided on Ovaeda. The sales team was super helpful in designing and ordering what we needed. The system was really easy to use and looks amazing now that it's complete. The customer service throughout was outstanding. Couldn't be happier!

Fantastic product. Excellent customer service. All deliveries on time. Aaron was very helpful and reponded quickly to enquires.
We ordered the Luxxe Natural brown decking and a very happy with it. Easy to instal.

1st time using company and the help I received was amazing. I ordered wrong pedastalls and it was no bother getting new ones sent out and refunded for wrong ones. No questions asked. I strongly recommend this company.

Samples came on time in very impressive packaging.
Thank you!

Amazing company , so helpful and trustworthy. Would have no hesitation in placing an order with them again.

Armani Eagle has been brilliant while helping us to explore the options with a difficult decking problem.
