A path on legs? You bet!
Armani was brilliant from the first conversation right through to delivery which was not always issue free but he sorted it right away. Can’t fault the product or the customer service.

Sample Showcase
Received the sample showcase which is really heavy because of all the samples of porcelain slabs. Luckily I don't have to keep lugging it about. Inside was about 50 pens, think they just wanted to fill it up. Also the jig is pointless I thought as the feet are different to the ones I've had before, I think it should be kept separate so the customer can be shown how it all goes together rather than looking at a block of mess. It's not worth the money. Should just get individual samples

Good morning Gary, thanks for your review. Sorry you're not happy with the sample case, as promised on the website and over the phone, feel free to return for a full refund.
Your feedback is very interesting, pretty much all the trades people who are using them are finding them a really useful and professional bit of kit.
The case is heavy (32kg to be precise) as also explained over the phone and on the website, this is obviously becuase it contains a large range of surface finishes.
If you feel it is pointless and not worth the money, then as I mentioned we will take it back and refund.
Speak soon.
Kind regards,
Anton White, OVAEDA
Unsuitable lengths
Product looked excellent but only available in 3m lengths which would mean a lot of unsightly joints so I've gone elsewhere

Armani Eagle was very patient and helpful
Armani Eagle was very patient with me placing an order that had to be changed after I started prepping the ground an found I could not put the patio in the original planned area.
Once the final order had been sorted and placed, delivery went smoothly.

Great Service shame about the whopping price increase
Great admin and carriage experience, this joist was vital as a mid span support on the roof of our new ShedQuarters, otherwise the 50% price hike since I last purchased these joists only 4 months since would have obliged me to look at an alternative supplier

Good morning Peter, thanks for your review. Sorry about the price increase, if I'm to be picky I would just point out that the increase was actually 23.5% rather than 50%, so hopefully a bit more acceptable :) Price increases are not enjoyable for anyone, but I've no doubt you are aware of raw material cost hikes over the last year, and aluminium is certainly no exception. Appreciate your orders, and look forward to hearing from you with any future requirements. Keep in touch.
Kind regards,
Anton White, OVAEDA
Great job from the Ovaeda team
Great job from the Ovaeda team. I've been installing my patio over the past couple of weeks and the versatility of the Ovaeda system has really impressed me. Due to access constraints I would have massively struggled to get materials to the patio location if I was doing a conventional 'wet' patio, plus I've been able to build the height up to exactly where I wanted it, with ease. The response times from Ovaeda also brilliant, whenever I've needed extra materials these have always turned up early the next day so that I can carry on with the work.

Great Company
Fantastic Porcelain product which was was delivered on time, the care taken in protecting the porcelain whilst in transit with the packaging was spot on, I say this because being a Landscaping Company we too often get poor packaging which invariably means broken products which is a headache to sort out more often than not. Great communication from the guys in the office throughout. I will 100% recommend this company.

A brilliant company to deal with.
What a fantastic experience we had dealing with Ovaeda. From the quick delivery of the wonderful samples box to the final receipt of our order. The sales team at Ovaeda could not have been more helpful and professional. We were kept well informed at every stage of the process. The tiles we bought were delivered on the exact day we wanted and were of top notch quality. I would not hesitate to recommend Ovaeda to everyone. 5 out of 5.

Second order and had the same service, quick and polite.
Have found that working on the boards in very hot weather can cause the boards to burr a bit more, just take time and all good.

I came across OVAEDA late in my Decking…
I came across OVAEDA late in my Decking project and I wish I had found them earlier, I really was messed around by some other suppliers. OVAEDA on the other hand were a pleasure to work with. Within 5 minutes of placing my order they had sent me confirmation and a delivery date.
They kept me well informed and the delivery was quick & on time. When 1 of my items was damaged in transit Aaron sorted the issue immediately. I would certainly use them again
