I purchased roll on hair serum which won’t come out of bottle. Yesterday an email to say thank you for your order which I NEVER placed… so they have systematically set me up with a subscription.. amount taken from my bank with no agreement £43.84 !!!!! Fuming… no response to any email sent. Don’t use this company.

Do not sign up, product did not have any effect and I suddenly got an email saying I had reordered and the money had gone from my bank! Lodged a complaint with the bank. Tried contacting the company and obviously had no response initially. Then numerous emails saying the item had left the warehouse, however, the item has not arrived and I finally got an email saying I would get a refund

I said you emails for the last 3 week I not had a response from not 1 email I think you costumer service is very poor for my problem with my order

I had to cancel my order for personal reasons, but they were understanding and helped me get a refund easily and kindly.

If I can give a zero I would. False advertising, then sent loose jewelry. On top of that horrible customer service and make up excuses so they do not have to process your return, I would advise to look at other sites.

I purchased a ring for my fiancée and I loved the level of customer service that was provided!. They emailed me personally to ask which stone I liked best for the center stone. Then the package arrived almost a week early and I was able to give it to my fiancée for Christmas. The gift box and packaging is also top notch. I will definitely be buying from this company again. Incredible service and quality.

I would definitely recommend this brand. Shipping on the ring that I purchased was very quick, and the quality of the band and stones are great. Can’t wait to give to my girlfriend!
