Calling yourselves “Overnight Glasses” is just simply deceptive marketing at this point. Especially when you don’t even disclose when the glasses will actually arrive until AFTER the order has been placed. On top of all that, they were a day late on their promised four day delivery window. Never again.

Very happy with Overnight Glasses. Very happy with the glasses, the quality, and support staff was very helpful. I ordered my glasses and within 24 hours I was notified they were being shipped out. UPS lost the package. After 5 days of waiting for UPS, I notified Overnight glasses. They filed a claim with UPS and offered to make another pair of glasses. I was notified the next day they were shipping another pair and glasses. I am very happy with Overnight Glasses and Customer support (Denise) was very helpful and great to work with, they were quick to resolve the problem.

Update:After writing this I was promptly contacted by customer service and offered a discount. It’s unfortunate UPS’s inadequacies make them look bad. I still be using these services in the future.
Great glasses for an affordable price but the customer service is lacking. This is my second time ordering and both time I have experienced issues with UPS. I emailed customer service both times and never hear back. Luckily UPS has found the packages after saying they were lost in transit. This last time they were delivered to the wrong address and not lost as UPS initially thought. It would have been nice to have ONG calling UPS as the shipper instead of me.

This well be my fist time order with Overnight Glasses. My glass quality and prices was really amazing.

I purchased a pair of rimless glasses. In under a year, the holes where the temples were mounted to the lens, developed cracks. I had to shame them into replacing them which took about 4 weeks through their return process. After about 6 months one of the new lenses AR coating started to flake off. I gave up on them. You get what you pay. See pictures.

I ordered basic single lens without any additional coatings on April 12th. I paid for same day manufacturing and overnight air shipping. The glasses did not ship until late evening the next day. It was late enough that UPS didn't pick up the package until the next morning. It's now the 16th and I still haven't received my glasses. If you need to count on the delivery estimate, go somewhere that guarantees you'll get what you paid for.

Used the chat feature and accomplished everything I set out to do. Very helpful information and solved my issue.

This will be be my second time ordering with Overnight Glasses and I can NOT express how easy and quick the actual process is. Each time I have contacted support they are Polite and informative. Christine was quick in response and informative with detail for my question.
My first time ordering was about a year ago. I had desperate need to get glasses ASAP and I misunderstood how long some of the process took place and I canceled my order. The woman (I don't recall her name but I did do a review) went above and beyond to get my order to me the next day, to my surprise. "Happy Customer becomes a Loyal Customer" Thank you

Just completed my second order with this company, and I am very impressed. The first pair of glasses I ordered from them are still my favorites. They have a huge selection with very reasonable prices, and ordering is a snap on their website. I made a couple of mistakes on my order, so engaged their chat. It was the best CS chat I've ever had. Christine responded very quickly and solved my issues immediately. I wholeheartedly recommend Overnight Glasses.

I accidentally entered the wrong prescription on my first order and received glasses that didn’t match my vision. However, they replaced the lenses at no extra cost and even covered the shipping. Great customer service, would definitely recommend.

I love them! It's rare to find a pair of glasses for $130.

I had a frame I absolutely loved and Overnight Glasses put my new prescription lenses in it. They look great! And the cost was quite reasonable.

Ordered overnight glasses on Thursday, contacted customer service and was told i will get them on Saturday. Contacted again and was promised Monday. Come Monday, glasses apparently didn’t pass qc and was promised to get on Tuesday. Now, they told me they again didn’t pass qc and won’t ship today. Only reason for my order was because of their fraudulent advertising as “overnight” glasses and I’m traveling so i needed them asap. They use false advertising as the bait. Potential “customers” be aware!

The service and quality is truly a blast from the past. They cared for my glasses, replaced my lenses and shipped them back to my door. I will solely use them going forward. I cannot recommend them enough.

It’s a bit pricey, but if you know what you want, you can get it.
