Overnight saved may vacation by amazing customer service. I lost my glasses just a few days before leaving the country. I ordered a new pair from Overnight. But they couldn’t get to me in time. I emailed the company on a Sunday to cancel the order. Got a call from Overnight the same day. I explained my situation. They promised me delivery by Tuesday. And indeed, much to my surprise, the glasses arrived Tuesday.
And the glasses are great. Clear vision and a sturdy frame. Thanks very much!

I had a small issue with frame and the way they reacted and fixed in one day is next level, can't say how happy with the service and jet speed shipping n delivery fab!

I was skeptical about ordering glasses online, and placed my order. I sent my frames in for sitting new lenses, and had a small issue that was quickly resolved my the manager Marion, and Paul was fantastic throughout the process. I will be ordering from them and because the prescription was perfect! I even made a mistake when I ordered them, and they allowed me to return and charged a small fee. Thanks!!

Christine was very patient and helpful. It ended up I needed more information about my prescription so I'll have to circle back.

Fantastic service

I wanted a far cheaper option to reuse my old frames, and Overnight Glasses delivered at an easy to swallow price. The turnaround was delightfully quick and I had zero issues them.

Exceptional Customer Service! Website is very user-friendly. I made the mistake of not checking the size of the glasses before ordering. They were too small. Customer Service was very prompt in their communication and resolving of the matter. Will definitely buy from again and I recommend them 100%.

OMG it was really an overnight service . I panic because I lost my glasses and needed them to travel and they literally came the next day . I love them . I can actually see out of them . I will be using them again.

I placed my order ahead of an upcoming trip and Michael and Mario were very responsive to my check ins as regards progress/likely return. Super helpful - even contacting me by phone. And my specs arrived well in time. Great service.

I ordered my glasses just after noon on last Friday as soon as I got out of my eye exam. I was in dire need of new glasses; I’m a nurse and literally depend on my eyesight! (My old prescription was wayyy off) The order confirmation said it would take 2 days in production so I wouldn’t receive the glasses until Monday. I was deflated bc I was excited that I found a company who could make AND deliver glasses in one day. I called customer service and the gentleman explained that the complexity of my perception excluded my glasses from the overnight process but he assured me they would be worked on with priority attention. To my surprise, I got home from work on Saturday and found my glasses had been delivered by UPS expedited!!!
I cannot thank everyone at the lab and customer service for their dedication to filling orders and meeting the needs of their customers! You have earned this new forever client!!!!

I had the absolute BEST experience working with Michael at Overnight Glasses! I was skeptical that a good product could be ordered and delivered overnight at under $200! I was very pleasantly surprised, as the glasses arrived before noon the next day, are exactly what I ordered, and even included a free, magnetic sunglasses feature! I will be ordering all of my glasses from Overnight Glasses going forward! Thank you again Michael!

Mariah, in their customer service group, really makes a positive impact on the overall experience. Not only did she help me with a small problem that I had with one set of glasses ordered from them, but she helped me a ton with a new order. I don't know if the rest of the team is as outstanding as she is, but she's the reason that I ordered again from them.

A pack of awful, LYING THIEVES who will not deliver you glasses overnight, at all. And they can't make lenses that aren't scratched.
Customer service is genuinely hateful, vindictive, and cruel.
Disgusting company that lives on lies and low-quality products.

EDIT: The con-artists in question respond below, saying, "Our goal is never to leave a customer without usable eyewear." If this is the case, which no reasonable person would believe, then why did you demand that I wait even longer for the third try, and have no working or even partially-working glasses for the duration? You took actions that were calculated to punish me for complaining by depriving me of functional glasses. This was your intention. It was not an accident. That was how you wanted it.
Because you'd prefer to punish customers for what is the fault of the con-artists behind Overnight Glasses.
They may "apologize," but they're really just denying everything you said and calling you a liar.

Update (June 2026): The remade glasses arrived and are now correct, the replacement lenses have proper Transitions XTRActive functionality that the original pair lacked.

I’m not changing my rating. Getting what I originally paid for, after days without my glasses and multiple rounds of calls and emails, is the baseline, not a reason for praise. The company’s offer of 30% off a future order doesn’t address the time and inconvenience this cost.

For the record: the public reply below states the original order used “the correct lens materials and products as ordered.” Their own support team told me in writing that the remake would include corrected XTRActive lenses with proper functionality. The remake fixed a real production issue; it was not simply a courtesy upgrade.

The glasses arrived within the promised overnight timeframe, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.

I paid for two specific upgrades that aren’t performing as advertised:

The 1.67 super thin lens package is clearly listed on my invoice, but the lenses are noticeably thicker than 1.67 high-index lenses should be for my prescription. The edge thickness is visible past the frame in a way that defeats the entire purpose of paying for the upgrade.

The Transitions Xtra Active lenses also don’t perform as advertised. The tint doesn’t darken sufficiently outdoors, and they lack the baseline indoor tint that’s specifically supposed to be a feature of Xtra Active (as opposed to standard Transitions).

When I contacted customer service with photos and documentation, they agreed to a remake — but are requiring me to ship the current glasses back first before they’ll produce the replacement. That means going without glasses I already paid for, for however long their turnaround takes, because of an error on their end. A reasonable resolution would be sending the remake first or providing a firm timeline in writing, neither of which was offered upfront.

If you’re ordering basic single-vision lenses and just need them fast, the shipping is genuinely quick. But if you’re paying for premium upgrades like high-index lenses or Transitions, I’d think twice — based on my experience, you may not get what you paid for, and the resolution process puts the inconvenience back on you.

EDITED: I am changing my 2/5 review to a 5/5 following what happened after my first review. My previous review was that what I ordered wasn't what I ultimately got, that what I got was late, and that customer support wasn't able to help me.

The person I spoke to after this experience, Michael, was incredibly professional and apologetic. The business asked for another opportunity to make things right, which they did -- by giving me my original request as a courtesy. I received prompt follow up about the process, and the glasses arrived today exactly as prescribed and described. With no conditions.

I think how you own up to wrongs and how you make amends say a lot about a person and a business. I am glad to know my first experience was a fluke - they have earned my trust.

I ordered a pair of distance frames with transitions lenses from OG for the first time a few weeks ago. I was not happy with the first choice, which I thought would be problematic. But, Michael walked me through the exchange process with ease and the 2nd pair is perfect! The exchange took less than a week including shipping times, And customer service was on point. I am a loyal customer now.

My glasses broke within 2 hours of me receiving them in the mail. I was adjusting them on my nose and then I noticed that the frame had a big crack, and then the lenses fell out. I immediately called them; I sent the glasses back, and 2 weeks later, this company REFUSES to give me a refund on the glasses. HORRIBLE PRODUCT. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE MONEY
