Great service. I accidentally entered the wrong prescription and Christine gave me a one time offer to replace the glasses with the correct prescription. No questions ask. I also can't believe how fast they ship glasses. Other online stores can take weeks.

I’m so happy with my glasses and more importantly the customer service! The virtual try-on was really helpful, and my glasses came really quickly. When they weren’t perfect, and I needed to send an updated prescription, a single rep worked with me throughout the process to replace them at no cost. Highly recommended!!

Glasses exceeded my expectation. Good fit and met all the prescription requirements for each eye. Fast service, received in 3 days from order date. And all done from my lounge chair!

I placed an order as a guest, and afterward registered for an account. I did not realize that I would be unable to attach my previous order to my account. Christine answered all of my questions, and even provided more information for clarity and to allow me to gain a full understanding of the ordering production and delivery. I am certainly pleased with the "Chat" Customer Support. I now await the arrival of the glasses for my Bonus Baby to arrive within 24 hours (additional fee paid).

In October 2025 I learned that I needed to switch from contacts to glasses due to my particular astigmatism prescription. I placed two orders on glasses overnight - one with a fully rimmed style and the other rimless. The fully rimmed style shipped the next business day after I placed the order and took 2 more days to arrive which is pretty impressive for cross-country. The rimless style took an extra few days due to the extra processing required for rimless lenses.

The glasses arrived made exactly as ordered. However, being new to glasses, I needed a prescription adjustment about a week after purchase. Since I needed a replacement pair immediately (I had no backup and the old contact lenses were not an option due to causing headaches) the team at Overnight Glasses rushed me a replacement pair of the rimmed ones before even receiving the first pair back and sent me shipping labels for both pairs! I ended up deciding that rimless glasses weren't my jam and opted for store credit for that pair.

When I called customer service I reached a professional human very fast who really went above and beyond to help me. I am so grateful that the guy I talked to was understanding, kind and helpful.

After this experience, I plan to use Overnight Glasses for every pair I ever buy. Aside from the excellent service, the pricing is reasonable given the included 2 day shipping, making the lenses so quickly and the included anti glare, smudge protection etc rather than charging for those separately (unlike other companies I considered). The options are streamlined and easy to navigate - I went with Trivex Transition S lenses which I absolutely adore.

The only slight negative to me is that the choice of frames is somewhat limited in my opinion. So when I used the store credit it was to put lenses in a pair of frames I sourced elsewhere. The lens replacement service was exceptional and went completely smoothly. I'm wearing those glasses right now and keep the other pair as backup.

I recommend this company 100%.

Ordered my SECOND pair of new lenses (in my own frame) from Overnight recently. Must say, the online ordering process and quality of the delivered eyeglasses was fantastic! As good as my FIRST pair! (And will be getting a THIRD real soon!) 5 Stars!

Overnight Glasses not only provided my lenses at a more than reasonable price they were completed and returned within 48 hours of receipt of frames. Had prescription sunglasses in time for vacation. Thanks

"Overnight" might be a misnomer. I ordered glasses on January 14th. After being assured of overnight delivery, I was told to wait 5 days.

I contacted Customer service and a woman named 'Denisse' said they had made a mistake on January 21 and new glasses were coming soon.

It is now January 28th. No glasses.

Had cataract surgery and finally got my new prescription. For distance I could see close to 20/20 but was still +2. 50 to read. I'd managed with readers for a month but hated fumbling around with those and wanted progressives and was leaving on a trip. Ordered an awesome pair of Nike frames with progressive Transition lenses on Friday afternoon. Glasses were made & shipped on Monday. Received via UPS Tuesday about noon. Didn't leave on my trip for two more days. Happy with the glasses, the fast service and the quick delivery. I'll check Overnight Glasses first when I get my next pair. My eyes are happy too!

What a great experience! I lost my glasses while on vacation and didn't feel safe driving back home without them. Unable to locate a local optometrist, I researched OG and determined they were a good service, based on reviews. They did not disappoint! I was fitted, sent my prescription, and have my glasses on as we speak. There was a holiday and weekend in the mix, so it took less than two working days to get the glasses to me in Florida. They are a great fit, and I love them!

My experience was great. It took about 4 business days to arrive. I did had to return the first pair of glasses due to my selection of pink tint being too strong for my preference. They ended up redoing it, minding it was now during the holidays for Christmas and new years. Love the new pair of glasses with the transition. The ordering process was very easy. Great customer service via email and always replied promptly all my concerns with solutions. I will reorder from them in the future.
