A fuir absolument.
A la suite d'un vol de données chez OVH notre site internet a été piraté.
Ovh nous ont coupé le site.
Nous avons nettoyé le site internet de tous les fichiers malware.
Malgré plusieurs relances il n'a jamais été débloqué.
Aucune réponse de l'assistance malgré plusieurs relances.
J'ai été obligé de changer de FAI pour que je puisse faire fonctionner à nouveau mon site internet.

J'ai mis une étoile, si j'avais pû j'en aurai mis aucune.

J'avais choisi un hébergement français en pensant avoir un meilleur service.

Je déconseille donc fortement ce site.

I receive tons of russian phishing emails from scaming websites hosted by OVH PL as disclosed by IP address servers

Tragedia. Hosting chodzi z żenującą prędkością od miesiąca a oni nic z tym nie robią i odpisują, że zgadzałem się w regulaminie że może nie działać.
Nie ma nawet maila do wysłania skarg.
Absolutnie odradzam.

Usługa warta uwagi, najlepszy hosting w całej Europie, bez problemów i z normalnymi cenami.

Odradzam, nawet przy zwykłej rejestracji domen jest problem! Nie radzą sobie a obsługa to na poziomie podziemia!

Panel klienta jest tragiczny, wiecznie coś nie działa, a znaleźć jakieś opcje to jest istna męczarnia

Extremely Poor Service & No Refund from OVH

I purchased a server from OVH about a week ago, but I never received the service. Instead, my order was placed into cancellation status without any explanation.

I tried multiple times to contact OVH support, but no one responded to my tickets or messages. It’s been over a week, and I still haven’t received my refund or any proper communication from their team.

This has been a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend OVH to anyone looking for reliable service or responsive support. I hope they resolve my issue soon and improve their customer care.

Sophie m'a guidé avec compétence et gentillesse lors de mon appel à OVH ce matin. Elle m'a permis de surmonter mes difficultés dues à une maladie de Parkinson.
Un énorme MERCI...

Company support quality is terrible. Their system is complicated, not easy to cancel all services, even harder to delete the account. In my case I contacted them one day after unwanted service renewal for whole next year, and they were unwilling to cancel the payment. Super unfriendly behaviour, like scam company. I even didn't know about this upcoming payment, because email used for this account was already inactive. And this didn't prevent them from charging me again. So service was not used for one year already, and without any notification they extended it for next year. I was not even able to close the services by phone. Avoid this company, total garbage, easy to find better alternatives!

Tal como leí en otras opiniones, me pasó exactamente lo mismo: un proceso de una lentitud exasperante, lleno de pruebas y tareas que no aportaron absolutamente nada. Todo el tiempo que dediqué fue en vano, sin ningún resultado ni retroalimentación útil. Una experiencia frustrante y una pérdida de tiempo. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Nie polecam usługi poczty elektronicznej w OVH. Pomimo wykupienia poczty pro, wszystkie maile wychodziły z ich serwerów oflagowanych wszędzie jako spam (adresy ip były na blacklistach). Support nie widział w tym nic złego ani nie chciał zmienić adresu IP dla usługi. Po złożeniu reklamacji na niewywiązywanie się z umowy (ze względu na reklamowane w tamtych okresach treści) otrzymałem odrzucenie reklamacji. Musiałem zmienić dostawcę usługi, bo każdy e-mail był odrzucany przez filtry antyspamowe.

Beware of OVH! They are scammers who use your ID card data! You create an account and do not have to provide any documents. You pay their invoices and also do not have to send any documents, you can delete data from the account and do not have to send any documents. You are a dramatic service with slow servers and only problems that cannot be solved quickly. After switching to another service, e.g. LH.PL, I have no problem!

Uwaga na firmę OVH! To oszuści którzy wykorzystują twoje dane z dowodu osobistego! Zakładasz konto i nie musisz podawać żadnych dokumentów. Opłacasz ich faktury i również nie musisz wysyłać żadnych dokumentów, możesz usuwać dane z konta i nie musisz wysyłać żadnych dokumentów. Możesz usunąć domenę, maile czy serwer i żadne dokumenty nie są wymagane. Poziom dostępny dla każdego dobrego hakera. Natomiast idotyczne jest to że jeżeli chcesz zamknąć konto na ich serwisie to musisz wysłać skan dowodu osobistego!!! IDIOTYCZNY POMYSŁ! niby zgodny z RODO, ale po co coś tak idiotycznego kiedy chce zamknąć sam swoje konto! Sam mogę usunąć wszystko ale aby mógł zamknąć konto to jakaś paranoja.

Jesteście dramatycznym serwisem z wolnymi serwerami i samymi problemami które nie można szybko roziwązać. Po przejściu na inny serwis np. LH.PL nie mam żadnego problemu!
Ale widać po opiniach, że nie tylko ja mam rację.

Jesteście po prostu żałośni.

Tutaj nie ma nic pozytywnego co można napisać, jedna gwiazdka za ceny, tylko tyle się należy. Nidgy więcej OVH supportu i panelu który od 10 lat sypie błędami.

No customer service, you can not talk to anyone. I tried very hard to phone or email or message this company without any results. There was a scam concerning ovh bills coming in that were not from ovh. I tried to contact the company without success. Then evidently there was a valid invoice that was sent and I tried to contact the company. Needless to say it ended poorly for me.

Korzystałem aktywnie z usługi Public cloud miałem tam swój serwer na którym posiadałem swoje dane prywatne robiłem co miesiąc normalne wpłaty nie miałem żadnych długów a jednak naglę otrzymałem e-mail z wiadomością że moje konto zostało zawieszone nie otrzymałem powodu z jakiego jak odpisałem na wiadomość nie otrzymałem żadnej odpowiedzi nie miałem się jak wytłumaczyć dlatego jak ktoś zapłaci i będzie płacić mogą ci zabrać twój serwer i nie odzyskasz danych w losowym momencie dlatego nie polecam korzystania z ovh
