Tragedia, strona działa tak powolnie, że potrafi sama po dwóch minutach oczekiwania rozłączyć. Błędy z przekierowaniem panelu na strony francuskie, gubienie sesji użytkownika podczas próby operacji na panelu, odrzucanie płatności lub ich powolne procesowanie. Jeśli chcesz postawić tutaj swoją infrastrukturę dla firmy, stanowczo odradzam, nawet za 1/3 ceny rynkowej.

i would give zero starts if i could - tried multiple dedicated server products but after constantly needing more and more resources i determined they throttle your service whenever it suits them as you aren't getting the bandwidth they promise as ALL THEIR IP'S ARE ON BOTNET HIT LISTS - you will be constantly harassed by companies wanting you to pay to get off the spam lists (ALL OVH IP'S ARE ON THERE) you server will grind to a halt shortly after going live when the bots realise the ip address is up again- don't waste your money on OVH their support is abysmal and they just keep regurgitating endless clauses in a agreements nobody ever reads in the first place - they say they are giving you discounts but when you check they are just trying to lock you into extended length contracts - biggest bunch of crap in the dedicated metal marketplace - avoid like the plague

Oszustwo. Otrzymałem właśnie fakturę na 500 zł na korzystanie z ich usług, mimo że korzystam z darmowego miesiąca próbnego.

Podczas korzystania przez dwa tygodnie ani razu nie zostało mi wyświetlone obecne użycie, ani też nie ma możliwości go sprawdzić - tak więc wszystko się zgadza - korzystam z miesiąca próbnego do 200 usd a oni próbują wyłudzić pieniądze mówiąc, że "kupon się nie aktywował"

Jeden to i tak o jeden za dużo ;-).
W skrócie, byłem klientem od 2015 roku, przeszedłem pożar serwerowni tej firmy, spalenie backupu w tym samym czasie, braku dostępu do drugiego backupu - na szczęście miałem trzeci backup😎.
Musiałem kupić u nich serwery na szybko żeby zmigrować co spłoneło 😂. Po jakimś roku były kolejne fakapy i cierpliwość się już skończyła, podjelismy decyzje o migracji do chmury, wszystko było zaplanowane tak aby z końcem umowy w OVH być już u innego providera, tak się też stało. Niestety OVH małym druczkiem na wielostronnicowych umowach zapomniało powiedzieć iż jesli nie wypowiem odpowiednio wcześnie serwerów automatycznie przedłużą sie na 2 lata… więc mimo iż umowa się skończyła, problemy miały się skończyć to dopiero się zaczeły. Oddział w PL nie chciał ze mną w ogóle gadać, musisz Pan płacić a jak nie to windykujemy i takie podejście.
Skontaktowałem się więc z centralą z francji opisałem problem, pogroziłem publikacją historii w mediach technicznych i pomogło, anulowali serwery jak Ludzie, jak podliczyłem to zostawiliśmy u nich około miliona złotych za te wszystkie lata. Nie polecam uciekać jak najdalej, polski oddział traktuje ludzi jak widzicie

They tried to trick me into making several extra payments. Too buggy billing and account management.

It seems they are trying to whitewash their reputation by creating separate pages for their regional divisions here.

Be warned for OVH discounts, they trick you in multiple ways.
I got 5 vps servers with a discount, if i want the discount i have to pay a full year.
i did. but did not get anything. canceled is written no info no nothing. after contacting the support they claim to never got the money, and if they did they will return it in 29 days. this is zo offten with them that this is more than just criminal!!

I have used Dedicated Server from OVH and its reliable and fast I recommend OVh because they have guts to proofs their promise.

service is upto the mark. I already happy and loved to see support with quick automation escalation system.

I am very impressed with OVH dedicated server. The setup process was easy and they provide all documents regarding installing server.

I subscribed there starting plan for my website and I feel very good with there customer service and service plan. I recommend them to everyone.

This company is such a joke. When you ask for a reimbursement, they charge you three times the price of the website renewal, and you cannot remove your payment method. Additionally, I asked them to close my account, but they don't want to. The customer service is very poor. This is terrible. My advice: don't use OVH.

Problemów z VPS'ami nie miałem, aczkolwiek support to tragedia.

Wysłałem zgłoszenie o pomoc 2 tygodnie temu i do tej pory zero odpowiedzi. Nieco ponad miesiąc temu czekałem tydzień na instalację prostego serwera VPS. Support OVH to tragedia.
