Greg was very professional and to the point

The process does take a little time and there are many forms to complete, but my representative Darren is kind, patient, responsive and it is for that reason I gave 5 stars. A company is only as good as the people they have assisting customers. Thank you!

Greg Bates did an excellent job of presenting his company's guidelines in such a manner as to make the process relatively easy for me to complete the requirements of the company. His easy going demeanor and personality greatly enhance the completion of the process. Greg is a good representative of his company and ensures that he gets back to people as quickly as possible to make the transition of the insurance process a smooth one.

Greg Bates is the BEST. He helped process my request and STAYED on the case. There were a number of delays caused by the insurance company but Greg and his team stayed the course and kept me up to date sometimes twice a day. That's the kind of service you only dream of, but he delivered.
