Absolutely waste of time and money,they are fully unprofessional, didn't pay on time and charges is unacceptable high,avoid this company!!!

Very hard to register, took 3 weeks to get paid 😪 with many phone calls from my mobile when I was ment to be working!

Communication was poor and it was difficult to speak directly with a manager, with issues often handled indirectly through the team.

My advice is that managers should be more approachable and speak with us directly rather than only communicating through staff by dictating and standing next to them instead of talking directly with us. The issue was eventually resolved,after complaining to senior most management but the process was frustrating — hopefully this improves in the future and i am looking forward to it , if not then I will raise concerns again with senior most management of ovio and indigo group. but hopefully with moving forward with them my experience would be good.

I called up asking if I was ready for payment if they had all my details ready to be paid they said yes I should recieve my payslip by 5pm. 5pm came no payslip in fact no payslip was released on that day so I knew they’re just reading off a script instead of actually looking on their system to make sure I get paid. Friday morning came and I didn’t recieve my payment so not only have they lied about my payslip they have now messed up my payment. I work hard for my money just for someone to mess around with my payment? I don’t think so.

Your registration aplication is not working. I was trying 100 times to upload my ID , but all the time your aplication told me the Face and name it's fail. This was makes me to have first payment deleted whit one week. Second I was working before with lot of payroll company. All off them they tucked between 15 to 20 pounds for payment and all the time Friday morning my money was in my account. You are charging 25 pounds and you are paying late.
