William the Own Up representative was fantastic. He was transparent and very professional, and was able to immediately win over my trust which is difficult to do normally. I wish he was my actual loan officer but, that’s ok because he pointed me in the right direction.

Great guidance and support

Honestly I have no idea what trust pilot is. I just made an account so I can write how great the agent, William Boyce is. He was so down to earth, informative, funny, and a pleasure of a human being to speak to. I learned more from him in 25 minutes than I did in months on my own! This has had me pulling my hair out, but he completely 180'ed my though process. This better be framed and on the wall William!

Super friendly agent and helpful

I was having issue with one of the mortagage company that own up contracted with. They were not honoring the rate lock agreement, and i contacted ownup to raise the issue, ownup stepped in and sorted the matter with the mortagage company and provided a quick resolution for my refinance.
A reliable partner such as Own Up is a must when dealing with mortgage companies to ensure smooth closings.
