I like that I didn't get a hundred calls after putting my phone number in. I got one call from Dee Brown at Own Up. She asked me some questions and referred me to Derek Staples at Rocket Mortgage. I very quickly got pre-approved for a mortgage and now just looking for the right house.

Own up was extremely helpful in connecting me with the best mortgage quote. Even more important was the service I received. The person I spoke with went out of their way to provide me with info I didn't even know I needed. Super helpful!

Jenn is fantastic to work with. She is responsive and makes it easy for the buyer. The lenders that own-up works with consistently provide the best rates and they are also very easy to work with. Overall own-up offers the best service possible!

One stop shopping! I worked with Liv on my closing and it couldn’t have been easier. Who has time to riffle through and meet with multiple lenders. But for such a major purchase I wanted to make sure I was considering all my options. Own Up provided me with multiple options to structure my refi. They answered all my questions. Liv was very knowledgeable responsive and an excellent proactive communicator.

I didn't qualify for support from your team, but I was referred to another organization that specializes in helping people like me, and they gave me great support.

The experience was great, fast and professional, William Boyce was very professional and attentive and connected me with a company right away.

I was assisted by William Boyce. When I submitted my application online, few minutes later, I received a call from Ownup rep. William was very meticulous in explaining me the process, making sure my info was accurate. He gave me the idea of asking for a GFE as well which I didn’t know it existed. What I loved in our 20 mins call is that William was extremely transparent with me and he made sure I understood the whole process of applying for a loan and looking for a house. He started by saying “I want you to grab a piece of paper and a pen”, that is when I knew I was dealing with someone who wants the best of my interests.

Own up made our mortgage finding easy. It was quick and simple process. I received call right after I did the questionnaire. William was very thorough and helpful. Answered all my questions patiently and made sure I understood the process. Transition to the LO was smooth.

Their advertisements made it sound like I could compare rates online. That is NOT the case. I was hesitant to give out my phone number and now I've had 3 phone calls and 2 texts in the last hour. This is not what I was looking for and don't appreciate multiple people calling me after I told the 1st one that I just wanted to compare online quotes because I already have a pre-approval.

So grateful to have entrusted our Lender search to Own Up. Would recommend them to anyone. The process was seamless. They were extremely attentive and in no way pushy. I felt as though we had someone in our corner who shared our goals in finding a great Lender and Home. We were able to secure an outstanding rate in less than a day. Using Own Up is a no brainer, and I will not hesitate to utilize them if the time arises in the future.

The website claims they don't do random phone calls and spam emails. I finished the initial survey and all I get is a notification that I'll be getting a call from a random bank I've never heard of. I'm not interested in this, but there was no request and no way to cancel it. I feel very manipulated.

Own up makes finding a mortgage easy. They find the best rates. We easily created our pre-approval letters online anytime we needed one. They are so responsive and helpful.
