The parcel arrived well packed
The parcel arrived well packed, and i suppose on sarurday, however, either post or courier left it on my doorstep without ringing the bell. I did find it on Sunday morning, it was still cool because of the way it was packed. I think you need to mark it perishable or make sure the post or courier actually make sure the homeowner knows it is there. We do not use our front door much as we access the house by our garage, so it cous have been there for days.
If i ordered again a text to say when it was going to be delivered would be a great help. as it happens no damage seems to have been suffered to the product.

Royal Mail as our shipping partner and sadly they do not provide the text service you mention.
