I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to Jay Mumtaz, CEO and Founder of Oxfordbazaar.com who provided me with аn excellent and absolutely adequate customer service! I ordered a Retro Cassette Tape Style Ladies Shoulder Bag which came exactly the way it's presented in the photo. It's beautiful, it's cute and it's the perfect accessory for every young lady. It also came with compliments which is something I want to thank for too! In my case, the delivery took longer because my address was uncomplicated, but Jay took care of everything. He sent me a brand new bag which came on the next day after he figured out what the problem was. He was replying to my emails in minutes - literally and he was extremely polite and helpful, I really appreciate that. Regarding the web site, I would say it's fun it's easy to navigate, items are not overpriced and actually, they are quite original. I would recommend it to everyone who is looking for something fresh and reliably in terms of delivery and communication! :)

A little bit big on arms,leggings fit perfectly, love the colour but they were a bit scuffed near the crutch area other than I love the piece.

Legends! I was looking for some Kofta packs and stubbled across this local company. I had some items in my basket but hadn't checked out. I receive a delivery the next day of a couple of packs as a complimentary gift! Very impressed! I then ordered my items at around 0830am and had my delivery by 1230pm! Also with some complementary cookies in nice packaging!
I thought great customer service was something that your parents talk about from the "good old days" but I can confirm it is alive and well at Oxford Bazaar!
