Would you please tell me the procedure for charging the batteries? What button do I push on top? It gets plugged into the wall before the procedure correct?
Do I need to flip them around in the machine to charge each one or will it charge them both together.
I recently took a trip and both of them were dead in about an hour.

I have never dealt wit a more honest company. I got a great price on a oxygenator and it was delivered just as promised. I cannot remember the man's name who I dealt with but he was not a salesperson but I think a scientist. Stopped what he was doing to listen to my story and then recommend to me exactly the product I not only needed but could afford. Great service great company and a great guy. I ordered the backpack carrier for the Inogen and did not give it one thought about the size of it. I was NOT informed that there was a limited body size. I ordered it for a 6ft. 4in gentleman and it was too small. He could not get it on even with all the straps extended to the limit. I was very disappointed to find that I would have a 20% restocking fee deducted, plus had to pay postage on top of that. I ended having to pay almost half the cost of the $100 item out of pocket even though it was returned unused and in original packaging. I was really disappointed that I WAS NOT TOLD OR ASKED ABOUT SIZING.

Will not recommend. I am a nurse and work with patients that need oxygen but won’t give company name. It is advertised that a
buy back would be offered. We owned for less than 2 months when my husband passed. I contacted your company via phone and email and to this date no one ever responded.
