Product ordered w/3/5 days delvry!! What a joke!!!
Trying to contact alleged customer service is an absolute nitemare. Its 1 wk since order placed and they were paid $399.00 and no product or answers. I have contacted my attorney and Pa. better business bureau hoping for some kind of results. I will never buy anything from them again. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!

I ordered a portable oxygen concentrator and then realized....they didn't send me an email of receipt and then they DO NOT have phone line to call them. I am now going to cancel my order. I ordered yesterday and they give 24 hours to cancel. I feel like I'm getting ripped off. This is not a good feeding.

I want to update my experience with Oxygensolve. I was very nervous and sure I was being scammed until I received an answer to my email from Oxygensolve. They gave me an order number and a shipping number and said it would be 4 days to be received. I was delighted to see the delivery man bring my portable oxygen concentrator when they said it would be here. It's an awesome machine and I'm thankful for this company contacting me. Good Job Oxygensolve! Thank you for being reliable and having a good product.

The unit functions well but I purchased the optional 16 cell battery as it was advertised to provide 6 hours of use time. I barely get 3 hours out of it even after charging overnight.

I ordered a home concentrator, Order #18649 and decided to return it. They received my return on January 29th. I've been emailing trying to ask when I can see the return credited to my account and no one will get back to me. Frustrating

As someone who's used POCs for a while, I have to say this one is fantastic, especially since I don't need continuous flow for CPAP. It's so much lighter than the Simply Go. Customer service was helpful, even though there were some communication bumps in the road. Just a couple of tips: Disconnect the battery when you're using the auto cable so it doesn't drain, and if you want to use it for a long time, get a double battery.

I had a little hiccup with the first unit I got--it was defective. But their customer service was top-notch! They sent me a new one right away, and it works perfectly. I'm very happy with their service!

This compact concentrator is amazing! I don't have to lug my big one out of the bedroom anymore! It's super quiet too. I'm really happy with it!

I bought the NT-02 oxygen concentrator for my dad, and it arrived in less than 6 days! The shipping was super fast, and everything was packaged really well. It works great and delivers oxygen on pulse. It even adjusts if it doesn't detect inhalation. The rechargeable batteries and the clear manual make it really easy to use, even though it is a little bit noisy. Overall, I'm happy with it, and I have high hopes for its performance and the support we'll get from the company!

My husband has COPD, so we bought a portable oxygen concentrator VT1 for our trip to Colorado. The high altitude is a challenge, so we wanted something reliable. This machine is exactly what we were looking for: it runs on regular power at night and still has a charge for the next day. We tried this machine before the trip to make sure we would be able to travel with it and now we are on the trip I have to say I am very happy with this machine.

The NT-02 portable oxygen concentrator is exactly what I needed. With COPD and Myasthenia Gravis, needing 2 liters of oxygen daily, I wanted something reliable for cruises and short trips. This device is portable and efficient, making sure I can travel worry-free.

I'm really pleased with the NT5. It's compact and easy to use, which is great. My only gripe is that the battery doesn't last long, only about 1.5 hours.

I ordered the NT3 pulse thinking it would serve me well. Nothing but a damn headache. $388 down the drain canula looks like the size of a kids juice box straw. I need continuous flow. Fr the last month I have been trying to reach customer service. All I get are email messages from a bot. won't send me a free return label. machine is junk and doesn't serve my health needs. Not willing to apply my credit toward a better machine. Don't buy anything from these frauds. Page say they are in Cali but every thing is from China. Waste of my time and my money! Just throw $388 bucks out the car window because that is what it is Junk! I did tried to deal with these thieves. They should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage of a disabled and sick senior citizen!

We ordered a Varon VP2 machine. 10 days later, we received an NT2 machine, which is an older model. We tried calling. Mailbox full. We tried texting. No response. We tried email. No response. I am going to contact my credit card company. A 2023 press release states that the VP2 is a new model.

I bought a VARON New Arrival VT-1 3 days ago. I have not received the VT-1 yet, but I have received the VH-3. The VH-3 is everything advertised and specified on the website. I have tested both flow and O2 concentration percentages and they match the specifications. I use the concentrator at night in conjunction with my Resmed AirCurve 10 ASV pap machine to mitigate central and sleep apnea and the VH-3 appears to be doing the job of helping to keep my SPO2 levels in the 90's as opposed to the mid 70's without. I have used a recording pulse oximeter overnight with both. The VH-3 replaces a large Phillips unit that is much bigger and noisier. I am looking forward to testing the VT-1 and using it while traveling. Please feel free to use this information, without identifying me

I purchased one of their units, after I received it I tried it and realized it was not going to work for me. Since the unit had a 30 day return policy for a full refund, I started trying to call their listed customer service number and found out later in an email that their phone number wasn't working! Then after 9 emails they finally gave me a Rma number and the shipping address that was in China I attached a label and took to UPS where I was told it would cost 400 to 500 dollars to ship it to China which exceeded the purchase price of 351.10. So it's a ripoff if you ever need to return it for credit or service!! What a rip-off!!!

I purchased my own unit about 2 months ago, and I absolutely love it. I also got an extra battery for peace of mind. It's so convenient to switch to the spare battery when the first one runs out, and it only takes seconds. This device has made it much easier for people like me who had difficulty getting out in the past.

Thank you for resolving the delivery issue with the portable concentrator battery. After the first one got lost in transit, you promptly sent a replacement, which works perfectly. I would recommend your company to anyone in need of oxygen therapy.
