Back in late Oct. 2020 I ordered both a stand alone and a portable oxygen machines from this company. Along with the portable I ordered an extra battery for approx. $90. I waited and waited and never received the extra battery and they kept saying all different things. It was on its way, and finally they said they could not mail it to me here in Alaska. Seems odd that they could mail me the portable oxygen machine with the battery that came with it but not a single battery. I finally try to do a Paypal resolution but by now it is to late to file. The Oxygensolve people said they had tried to refund to Paypal but that Paypal just refunded it back to them. I spoke with PP and they looked in their history and this outfit never ever tried to refund my money. Now they are trying to tell me they need my PP account information when we all know it simply works from your email address. I love the portable oxygen machine but the service from this company is the worst I have ever dealt with.

Recieved Oxygen concentrator 7 days from order. Machine operates great. I have used it for nearly 48 hours without incident. Remote control unit isn't operating but have not yet contacted company. Pleased with concentrator plan on using on vacation travel, it's about 1/3 the size and the weight of my medical supplied unit.

i paid for my batteries for my portable oxygen concentrator maf-605a that was 4/10/21.on my account it says fulfilled but they didn't fill nothing.i only have one lung and i need those batteries for when i leave the house.

I've spent $90 with this company to obtain some filters for my wife's oxygen concentrator and they have either sent me the wrong filter or no filter. I have even sent them a picture of what I need and they still send the wrong thing. Very poor customer relations.

I received an e-mail from Oxygen Solve on 11-20 that the oximeter blood oxygen sensor they were paid for on 11-17 was "on its way." I later received an e-mail with a USPS tracking number which showed the item leaving the company's "shipping partner" (light in the box) on 11-21. Destination was the USPS office in Linden N.J.
On 12-2-20 I sent them an e-mail telling them I had not received the item, to cancel the order and refund the $26.40 I had paid. The company's same day response said, "We have shipped the product to you alreay (sp). You will get the product soon. Please don't worry about it." It has now been 14 days since I was told the sensor was on its way without a single tracking update. This is unacceptable. I have no idea where the snafu is but, after 14 days of waiting for delivery, I don't care anymore. I want the order cancelled and $26.40 redeposited in my checking account. Update: on 12-5 I received an e-mail from the USPS location in Jersey City N.J. saying they had received the item and it would be delivered by 12-9. Nothing was said about where the item was for 18 days when it was supposedly "on its way."

I purchased a portable oxygen conentrator from oxygensolve 3 months ago and have not had any issues with it. I've already recommended it to some friends.👍👍👍

It is great. Still can't understand why, when it SAVES thousands to purchase outright, Medicare insists you RENT for 5 years first -- 101W machine, total cost was $319.00. My former unit, renting cost $150.00/mo to the insurance company (1800.00 yearly), $35.00/mo to me (420.00 yearly). You do the math.

The Oximeter I purchased from Oxygen Solve broke down completely after just 4 months of use. I wrote to Oxygen Solve, giving the purchase date, and requested a replacement meter. First, they required me to send a video of the non-operational meter, which they reviewed. Then they required that I provide detailed transaction information on the purchase, which, again, I did. After complying with all their requests, they refused to replace the defective meter and had the nerve to offer me 10% off if I purchased a new oximeter from them! Since they DO NOT stand behind their product, I certainly would never purchase from them again, and warn others against doing business with this company
