Great earbuds and easy to navigate
Great earbuds and easy to navigate. Takes a while to workout the correct fit this is purely trial and error despite guidance.
My only issue is that I find the buds uncomfortable laying side on. So I switch when I turn over which is not ideal. It maybe to do with the type of pillow I have. Great to see what sleep stages you pop in and out of. As to effectiveness I will give it time.
Great tech and customer support
These sleepbuds do a great job of masking unwanted noise. I was really impressed how they detect when you have fallen asleep and switch from playing your audiobook to playing your chosen sleep soundtrack. I was also impressed with the customer support and service.
Believe the Bad Reviews
As others have said, TERRIBLE customer service. I did the subscription because I sleep with earbuds every single night so it seemed like a reasonable investment. When they stopped working a year after purchase, I contacted customer service for a replacement (by the way, there is no dedicated customer service for people with a subscription). They demanded a ton of information and PICTURE PROOF that I had gone through various troubleshooting strategies. I sent everything that was asked for, and did not receive a response to my email for over a week. I followed up to say I wanted to cancel my subscription since the customer service had been so poor, and of course, did not receive a response to that either. I was only able to cancel my subscription because I had an old email from when I needed to update my payment info which sent me to account management for their payment processor. If I didn't have that, I would still be waiting for a response two weeks later. DO NOT DO THE SUBSCRIPTION IF YOU EXPECT TO ACTUALLY USE THE ADVERTISED FEATURES.
Amazing customer service from Ozlo
I am a big fan of Ozlo sleepbuds - and of the Bose ones before - don’t know what I’d do without them. I started getting problems when streaming from my phone. The service and troubleshooting from Rolland at Ozlo support was brilliant. The right bud was faulty and Ozlo sent a replacement bud. Excellent and speedy customer service - many thanks.
Ultimately Resolved, but patchy customer support
I really like this product. It is revolutionise my sleep. Unfortunately the product is glitchy – tech support is sometimes good but recently has been very patchy. They have promised me an exchange but the portal they linked me to does not work and then they take weeks to reply to the emails. It is a real shame as there is such potential here.
Edit 30 April: prompt response here / will update if I succeed with customer support
Edit 7 May: after a couple more follow-up emails referencing this I got a response by email with a tracking number to send back. Will update if / when I get a replacement.
Edit 15 May: after three more emails from me - replacement Ozlo sleepbuds dispatched. I think in total it took 12 chaser emails.

The fit is the most comfortable I've ever tried and great for side sleeping BUT the connectivity and constant repairing etc RUINS the experience. Avoid.

Non Existent Customer Service
Its really too bad I have to leave a one star review because their product is great but customer service is garbage. I decided to subscribe to their earbuds because they are rather expensive, before I purchased I wanted to try them. I had a bad experience with another company with a similar product so I was hoping to avoid any issues. Once I used the product for month, I wanted to purchase them but I needed to cancel the subscription so I have been trying to do that for almost a month now (its now mid April) and cannot get a response. I am so done with this company and will be reporting them to my credit card company.
***update, same day I wrote this review, I sent another message stating I was reporting them to my credit card company and just like that, I received an acknowledgement of my request to cancel and a return label, make of that what you will.

Slight problem with the sleep buds but easily sorted.
Had to return my sleep buds as there was a minor problem, but the company were great and replaced the whole unit. Very easy to deal with and a great help.

I cannot understand why Ozlo sell a product where people consistently complain that the right earbud starts cracking after no time at all, but then they don’t bother replying to emails sent asking for help and advice on how to deal with what appears to be a very common (built in) problem . It doesn’t seem to be much of a business model to me and given the price point, these are supposed to be a luxury product.
Update .. another week has passed by (which is well over 2 weeks since I originally contacted Ozlo ) and I have still not had even had an acknowledgment. I’ve just been trying to listen to the Calm app and all I am hearing is distortion ( not very calming) . I presume that Ozlo is on its way out. A shame for people like me who wasted £300 6 months ago.

Great customer service
I'll be honest, I didn't end up buying the ear buds - they seem like a great product to encourage sleep but they just weren't right for my needs. However, I must review the thoughtful and thorough responses I received from Uri on the customer service team. I had an awful of questions about the product before buying, and Uri answered these with patience, care, and honesty, so 5* for customer service!
I suggest contacting customer care before buying to make sure these are the right for you.
Essential for a good night sleep
The best purchase I've made. I had the bose sleepbuds before and they packed in for the 3rd or 4th time so I was goggling what else there is and came across these Ozlo sleepbuds. They seem expensive but worth every penny, I am such a light sleeper and have a snoring husband so they are essential to getting some sleep. I couldn't be without them. Had a query and the team got back to me straight away and even followed up with a check in to make sure everything was ok. I have had these since April 2025 and still going strong, have been meaning to write a review for the longest time

Premium price, third rate product, amateurish company
The sleepbuds quickly lost the sound in one ear. Customer Service make you jump through many hoops by giving you a long shopping list of self-service instructions and photos to send in (many unrelated to the issue), which solve nothing. The app is clunky and non-intuitive and to cap it all, can't be installed on my new phone so I have no means of controlling them.
Shocking customer service
My Ozla buds are not working properly.
I have contacted the customer service email on several occasions. I believe they have emailed me back once or twice stating some things I should do to try and get the earbuds working properly. I have done this, sent photos, kept the earbuds clean , however still not working correctly. Tried to contact them again for the last five days and they have not responded .
For all those out there do not buy these buds

Premium product these are not
Premium product these are not! But this is not the worst part of this Oslo outfit. Their customer support is as bad as bad can be. Trying to get faulty ear buds replaced has, and continues to be, a joke. Firstly they send you through a generic routine of cleaning and factory resets, bear in mind my earbuds were one month old but I am having to attempt a repair, really?
And then, after you’ve sent all the photos they want, they just don’t respond. Unbelievable. I will continue to try and obtain my new replacement ear buds but really holdout no hope.
SHOCKINGLY BAD
I have received these earbuds in the post massively damaged, with the case in two halves and a damaged battery loose in the box! It seems to have been stripped for repair, and then reboxed in that state! I contacted ozlo as soon as I opened the parcel, expecting apologies, and how they would put it right, but nothing. No reply. Not a word.
I've emailed again asking for a reply within 36hrs, a pre paid envelope, and a refund, and- nothing. Radio silence.
It's been five days now, and I'm just being ignored. I cannot believe how they are treating this situation. Sending out a damaged battery is a massive health and safety issue, and their policy appears to be 'ignore them, they might go away'.
Please please please do not buy anything from these people. I am not a complainer, and I rarely write reviews, but this is beyond anything I have experienced.
Please go elsewhere for your earbuds!!
Device Failed Immediately and zero customer service
I bought this device on 16.11.25. 2 weeks later they rarely connect via Bluetooth, they seldom play any sound and they never collect sleep data. I have contacted Ozlo 4 times and they replied once. This was to my first query - seeking an answer as to why a period of reading a book was recorded as core sleep. Apparently if you don’t move much, the device records this as sleep. Fair enough - but I would have appreciated my expectations re data being set very low before making the purchase. Of course, as the device stopped recording data after a few days, this is now a moot point anyway. It flashes up an error message - so briefly that it’s impossible to read what it says. I’ve tried rebooting and it continues to fail.
I even tolerated having to reconnect Bluetooth every time I used them. The last straw came when they stopped playing any sound. The last three attempts to contact Ozlo on their published support email address (to request a return and refund) have gone completely ignored.
I’ve paid £250 for 2 pieces of plastic to stick in my ears from a company that apparently thinks this is ok and treats its customers to silence (a bit like its product, as it turns out).
I previously owned the Bose version of these before Ozlo bought out the technology and relaunched them - asserting they had fixed the issues with the devices. The Bose device was shockingly bad - but it lasted about 12 months and I was refunded. That set a low bar for Ozlo to improve upon and they have spectacularly failed. I’ll tolerate a product failing if it gets sorted but repeatedly ignoring your own customer is unforgivable. I would recommend avoiding this company and its product.
