Incredible speed from order to delivery. No problems setting them up ( although I used to have the Bose sleep buds ) so the process was the same. Extremely happy with them as they work so well. Hope... Toon meer

Shocking customer service
My Ozla buds are not working properly.
I have contacted the customer service email on several occasions. I believe they have emailed me back once or twice stating some things I should do to try and get the earbuds working properly. I have done this, sent photos, kept the earbuds clean , however still not working correctly. Tried to contact them again for the last five days and they have not responded .
For all those out there do not buy these buds

Premium product these are not
Premium product these are not! But this is not the worst part of this Oslo outfit. Their customer support is as bad as bad can be. Trying to get faulty ear buds replaced has, and continues to be, a joke. Firstly they send you through a generic routine of cleaning and factory resets, bear in mind my earbuds were one month old but I am having to attempt a repair, really?
And then, after you’ve sent all the photos they want, they just don’t respond. Unbelievable. I will continue to try and obtain my new replacement ear buds but really holdout no hope.
SHOCKINGLY BAD
I have received these earbuds in the post massively damaged, with the case in two halves and a damaged battery loose in the box! It seems to have been stripped for repair, and then reboxed in that state! I contacted ozlo as soon as I opened the parcel, expecting apologies, and how they would put it right, but nothing. No reply. Not a word.
I've emailed again asking for a reply within 36hrs, a pre paid envelope, and a refund, and- nothing. Radio silence.
It's been five days now, and I'm just being ignored. I cannot believe how they are treating this situation. Sending out a damaged battery is a massive health and safety issue, and their policy appears to be 'ignore them, they might go away'.
Please please please do not buy anything from these people. I am not a complainer, and I rarely write reviews, but this is beyond anything I have experienced.
Please go elsewhere for your earbuds!!
Device Failed Immediately and zero customer service
I bought this device on 16.11.25. 2 weeks later they rarely connect via Bluetooth, they seldom play any sound and they never collect sleep data. I have contacted Ozlo 4 times and they replied once. This was to my first query - seeking an answer as to why a period of reading a book was recorded as core sleep. Apparently if you don’t move much, the device records this as sleep. Fair enough - but I would have appreciated my expectations re data being set very low before making the purchase. Of course, as the device stopped recording data after a few days, this is now a moot point anyway. It flashes up an error message - so briefly that it’s impossible to read what it says. I’ve tried rebooting and it continues to fail.
I even tolerated having to reconnect Bluetooth every time I used them. The last straw came when they stopped playing any sound. The last three attempts to contact Ozlo on their published support email address (to request a return and refund) have gone completely ignored.
I’ve paid £250 for 2 pieces of plastic to stick in my ears from a company that apparently thinks this is ok and treats its customers to silence (a bit like its product, as it turns out).
I previously owned the Bose version of these before Ozlo bought out the technology and relaunched them - asserting they had fixed the issues with the devices. The Bose device was shockingly bad - but it lasted about 12 months and I was refunded. That set a low bar for Ozlo to improve upon and they have spectacularly failed. I’ll tolerate a product failing if it gets sorted but repeatedly ignoring your own customer is unforgivable. I would recommend avoiding this company and its product.
They gave me tinnitus. Avoid!
The earbuds are very comfortable, and they stay in place far better than the Loop pair I used before, which often slipped out. Their Bluetooth connection works, though it is not as smooth or responsive as it should be, and the sounds available in the app are generally pleasant. The real issue is that, after only a week of use - at very low volume and sticking to the default sound options - they caused me to develop tinnitus! I have stopped using them but the tinnitus is still there, which is really worrying. I strongly don't recommend them if you value your ears!!
Terrible customer support
Update: as of today (6Dec) still no answer at all from customer support. Is this company still trading??
I bought the sleepbuds back in February and they were great to start with. In October they started ‘playing up’, losing connection as soon as I put them in my ears and I was unable to change sound or volume. I contacted customer support who (over a number of weeks and after a lot of chasing) gave me different solutions to try, none of which worked.
Finally in mid November they agreed to replace the buds and sent me a DPD label to return to the uk address. They told me they would send the replacement buds once they had received mine back.
DPD have since ‘damaged’ my package and disposed of it!!!
I contacted Ozlo customer support on Tuesday 25th November advising what DPD had done and asked them to respond urgently as to what can be done now. They did not reply. I have since followed this up with two further emails asking them for an urgent response but nothing.
These buds are not cheap at £300. The concept is great, the product not so. Customer support is shocking. If I were you,I’d choose a different product.
Unreliable product and customer service.
I was very excited to see the Ozlo Sleepbuds because I loved my Bose Sleepbuds before they were discontinued.
After approximately 40 wears the left earbud stopped working.
I contacted Ozlo support and carried out a number of things they asked me to do but nothing worked and, despite letting them know, they haven't responded.
The product is unreliable, does not offer value for money and the customer service is lacking.
Save your money!
Poor customer service and quality is questionable
I've had my sleepbuds for about a year and one of them stopped holding a charge about a week ago. I contacted customer service and got an immediate response, but the advice they gave didn't help. I wrote back but have now been waiting 2 days for a reply. Needless to say, I haven't been able to use the sleepbuds during this time so I'm cautioning others who are considering this expensive item that it might not last and that you might not be able to rely on Ozlo's customer service. I certainly couldn't.
Buyer beware
I recently purchased the sleep buds. I spent 2 hours trying to get them to pair to an iPhone without any success.
I’ve requested return instructions 3 times now and no response from customer support which can only be contacted by email.
10 days before they stopped working..
I have had the Ozlo sleep buds for 10 days, worked well and now the left side sleep bud is completely dead. Have gone through all the refactor settings and nothing is working.
Huge disappointment considering the cost.
