Incredible service - I contacted the site via the webform late at night and had instant response from Pedro. Throughout the entire process from enquiry to delivery he was attentive, immediate response with all relevant information provided. Delivery was super quick too. I'm yet to install but have no doubt the product is as excellent as the customer service received.

The courier service was the biggest let down took way to long and no tracking 😑 the 3rd party couriers had no communication whatsoever. I didn't even get a notification that they had arrived and never given the opportunity to sign for them.
Also the glitch with the websites payment page was frustrating

Second time dealing with Pedro and both times he has been pretty much instantly available to provide advice re his products. Quick delivery and excellent products for my Japanese imported Toyota hiace.
