Just ordered some gutter awning rack clamps, the online ordering process on Ozroofracks was easy and they had my ordered packed and in the post the same day. The clamps look really good quality and the price was good.

So quick in delivery

Would have been 5 stars but my mounting hardware from my rhino rack bars don't fit the holes bolts are to big. Why you made the holes smaller than the most common bars i have no idea. And is your stuff made can't see anything on the website or packaging?

What I ordered didn’t work for my car, and I am super impressed with how easy it was to fix. One email and a photo explaining what I meant and the team immediately gave me options to return what I ordered and to get the right things sent out. 10/10, would recommend

Recieved with parts already RUSTY in places where the paint was missing. Plus 2 of tbe screw bags where missing the plastic gaskets, so now i have mounted it wrong because of missing parts.
Rackz itself are good, pricey but good
To the answer: no. I expect for the price i pay to be everything fine st the first delivery. I dont have time to ship it back and wait another week, your answer didnt help. Reviews are made for this.

You requested a review, and I gave an honest review. What I stated were facts. I mentioned the roof racks were sturdy and should do the job well. I stated you made a diligent effort to offer a good service. What more do you want.

I didn't bag out you (as you did me) I didn't mention that your English is so poor I couldn't understand what you were saying half the time. I didn't bag out your company, I simple stated were improvements with the product are necessary. You should be thanking me.
I spent $6,456.13 on what I was lead to believe was a quality product. The quality was disappointing Pedro, suck it up!

Right product. Wrong receipt. Happy with everything else

Super efficient service and delivery. Regular updates on my order and all sent via express post so received within a couple of days (even when the order was placed late on a Saturday evening!). Great products that are versatile and easy to install. All parts and instructions provided. And great pricing too. Definitely recommend the OZ11 Gutter Mount Brackets if you are looking for smart and economical ways to add awnings and function to your self-build campervan and don't want to spend thousands of dollars on roof racks that add to the height of an already high-roof Toyota Hiace. These brackets will accommodate Kings awnings.
