Ozzie Collectables Reviews

Molto seri e servizio assistenza impeccabile.
Ho da poco effettuato un ordine per l'Italia, ma penso di farne subito un secondo 😁

An absolutely amazing company to deal with. Living in the UK and ordering from Australia, there are many things that can go wrong, not with this company. I was kept in the loop from the moment I submitted my order. It was shipped quicker than expected, and packaged extremely well for the journey. I had an email each step of the way until it was delivered at my door. It arrived in pristine condition. Someone will be very happy on Christmas Day.

I Just received a great and fantastic vinyl figure of Shaquille O'Neal. Is really nice, like Is nice and serious the Ozzie collectables Company. I will buy again in your store....

great place to shop, quick shipping and well packed items thanks

Staff were really friendly and helped me to find the pop I was searching for

Absolutely amazing service I’m very pleased with my order it came quickly and in excellent condition would definitely but from again and recommend thank you Ozzie collectibles xx

Awesome product
Great communication
Quick delivery

Great price for convention funko.

I lived in the United States and I bought something for a decent amount of money. It took them 2 months to realize that they didn't have the product in stock and refunded me. I had to call the bank and have them undo the foreign transaction fee (which is something they had to make an exception for). Ozzie has a warehouse that doesn't communicate what products are actually in stock.

Fantastic service excellent communication very fast postage.

I am a UK customer and was really unsure of what to expect regarding product, delivery and information.
I needn't have worried, the product was exactly as advertised and expected including an extra product sleeve I wasn't expecting.
All through the whole transaction and delivery process I was kept informed of the status via email.
My purchase arrived in very quick time and was well packaged.
All in all an excellent customer experience

Thank you

Sito ottimo. Ho acquistato 2 volte e mi sono trovato benissimo.. veloci e molto preparati. Sito fornitissimo dei migliori funko anche rari. Top

Order came on time and packed securely. Very happy with service. Will be ordering from them again for sure.

Great service delivery. Items are intact and protected.

Scammers-Disgusting appalling retailer and customer service. They say 3-5 days shipping try almost 2 and a half weeks. They say mystery box only to send UNSEALED LOOSE ITEMS, NO SEALED BOX, NOT a mystery box as they advise. Sent me pictures of my order, looks so filthy and unsafe where they are packing items. Not in a warehouse at all. Tried telling me all my items are sent, well when asked for the final picture of my order no response. I have lost money. Everyone knows a mystery box comes sealed so you can unbox it yourself or resell. Told me they will take a 10% fee if I want a refund, this is theft because they falsely advertised and I still have 2 missing items. The pictures mean NOTHING, my items could have been taken out before box was sealed. All those other loose Funko Pos are meant to be part of a SEALED MYSTERY BOX. I will contact multiple government agencies to report this Company. Don’t buy mystery boxes from them. Will be reporting them.

Afterpay makes buying easy, friendly service and purchases arrive fairly quickly here in NZ.
One of my first stops if I have to look abroad for action figures.

They treat your purchases as gold, the way collectibles should be packed and delivered. And customer service is top notch! No issued with change of mind, refunds, whatsoever. They would occasionally pop in a freebie with your orders too! Very happy

Brilliant communication, superb customer service. Great product and price. Not experienced service like this ever. Seemless updates from Australia to Leeds UK

I was genuinely surprised! Not only was the purchasing quick and simple, my statue arrived WAY quicker than I thought it would! And that's saying something, I live over on the East coast of the US. They kept me updated on my order's location, and when it arrived, was SUPER happy to see it had been well packaged and preserved for the trip!
Caleb looks straight FIRE on my shelf!! Thanks again!

Great costumer service, I ordered online so smoothly, fast delivery & pristine packaging.

My only small complain is I wish the item I bought is factory sealed with plastic the whole box & not just a scotch tape in the opening. Anyway I got what I want, I got 3 SR cards & 1 Parallel Rare one star card in Union Arena Hunter X Hunter and I’m happy with it.

It’s not I’m not trusted them but theres a potential it can be opened & switched the packs to get the valuable Parallel Rare ones.
