Ozzie Collectables Reviews

I order from them from the UK and they're really good, come fairly quickly, well packaged and very reliable

Really enjoy their shipping, reasonable prices, and they always have an amazing selection of Funko pops!!

Ordered from the UK. Pretty quick delivery considering how far my package travelled and it arrived in immaculate condition. I no doubt will be buying from Ozzies Collectables again.

Excelente like usual no issues, everything very well packaged I recommend 5 big delivery’s with no problems at all 5stars thanks OzzieColleectbles

First time ordering something across the world, and will definitely do it again.

Perfect packaging and was notified at every step.

Amazing!

Have been getting figures at Ozziecollectables since 2016 and cannot point one single flaw in their service. All my orders have arrived immaculate, specially the Funko pops with the included protectors. Could not recommend this store enough.

Great company to purchase from. I am from the US and this came very quick. I got exactly what I ordered and came to me in excellent condition. Will defiantly purchase from them again. Thanks Guys.

Ordering three Yellowstone funko pops from uk, I was apprehensive they would arrive damaged after such a distance (uk), but all three pops arrived in protectors and superbly packed and put in a very sturdy box which meant everything arrived in excellent order! Super pleased after having bad experiences with other pop companies long distance, so 10/10 for Ozzie collectables! Will deffo order again!

Amazing service, fast shipping to UK and funko in great condition. Only place I could find to get the funko to the uk so bonus that delivery was fast , very happy thank you guys

Very efficient, processed and delivered in the time they specified. Easy to use website and checkout. Only thing that could be improved is if the order is split into two, if they could inform you of what is in each package, but other than that, lovely experience.

Edit - got refunded for one of the things i ordered but was not notified that it wasn’t in stock/ or that i was getting a refund, grateful that they refunded me but was very confused

I agree with other reviews my experience with customer support at Ozzie Collectables has been AWFUL. They are rude, unresponsive at times and are not nearly as friendly, accomodating or helpful as other similar stores I have dealt with. They will accuse you of 'threatening' to leave poor reviews and the only reason they have semi-decent reviews is because a majority of the reviews they have are in exchange for Ozzie Coins and prize program they have.

As a store that does seems to do a lot of business online Ozzie Collectables ABSOLUETLY needs to hire and better train customer support. All you have to do is read other reviews to see how poor customer support really is.
