Amazing experience
Absolutely loved the body mist experience - the 2 girls who looked after us (their names began with M) were amazing and ao good with the children! Highly recommended
Dodgy company with poor service
I booked tickets for the P Louise experience as an Easter surprise for my daughter, along with a gift box and booked accommodation since we don’t live nearby.
The company contacted me just over one week before Easter to say they made a mistake and are not open on Easter. They said they should not have realised tickets for this day.
Despite four followup emails detailing our inconvenience and requesting a full refund (for the tickets), they only partially refunded, withholding the admin/booking fee even though this was entirely their error.
If this is how they treat customers when at fault, I strongly advise against booking. Their service was shockingly dismissive, ignoring the disruption caused, and denying a full refund which violates the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I am not normally someone who gets so annoyed but the amount this cost my family and then to be told we would not get a full refund (when not our fault) is awful.

Terrible customer service
Made an order from the sale and what I received was great, however I was missing an item (only like £3 worth of products, but…I didn’t receive it). I reached out to customer service who sent me a ‘screenshot from cctv’ of a box with all the items in.
Ok, great…but I didn’t receive all of the items, and I don’t feel like that’s my fault. Honestly felt like they were trying to accuse me of scamming them of £3! I don’t want to do a chargeback as I did receive the majority of my order, but I’m incredibly frustrated. Worst CS experience I’ve ever received, and it looks as though I’m not the only customer to experience this. Wish I’d read before I’d ordered…seems that everything is great until it invariable IS NOT.
EDIT - details of order were requested following this review. I have provided this and had no further contact from the company. I assume all responses on comments here are to save face and look like they’re actually doing something to rectify problems. They are not.

Took my 2 granddaughters twins and their friend to the plouise in Stockport arrived for the 11.30 make up class gloss in the party couldn’t get in the car park as it was full so had to walk over a mile to park the car then got in there was a massive queue to get in the had to be searched to get in and bags checked don’t know what the hell they are looking for 😱had to que for everything didn’t realise that you had to buy a ticket to get in as well adults at £5 each it’s the biggest money making scheme I’ve seen in a long time they have a grabber that’s rigged it couldn’t possibly pick anything up the claws don’t even close it would be impossible to win anything everything is just geared up to get as much money out of you as possible if the twins had £200 they would have spent it all no bother I went to the toilet when I arrived there was loads of toilet paper on the floor I went to the same toilet when I left and the toilet paper was still on the floor 2/3 hours later it was none stop queuing we even had to que to get out we had to get our bags checked and everything you bought had to correspond with your receipt !!!I can understand there maybe a lot of theft but surely you could have a better set up I for one found the whole experience very stressful and I think it exploited the kids and the girls spent a fortune don’t think they will be going again think it’s so much money for what you get

There photo shows them putting it over a brown gate or fence which I don't have so don't know we're this is and gate doesn't show num or a way to know this was for my daughters 13th birthday so I've payed for a order that's hasn't been recieved and don't know we're is by there photo please can u help so I don't need go via my bank for refund with this issue please as is alot money to loose. And I'm disabled and don't work so can't loose that amount for order not recieved

Really impressive products and beautiful packaging
The packaging is absolutely magical, the products are so aesthetically pleasing and the shipping is bewilderingly quick - my 10 year old is convinced they must live round the corner as it comes so quickly.
Ordered via the TikTok shop and my daughter is always delighted. The most recent purchase - some kind of skincare bundle in blackcurrant scent - came in the most exquisite box with individual pretty paper parcels/bags inside for proper ‘unboxing’ joy without loads of plastic waste. I cannot imagine how magical this must feel at age 10 but at age 44 I’m super jealous and impressed

I have orderd previously and was fine amd really enjoyed. I wanted to cancel my recent order, but found out that it had a different name on (my fault i know, honest mistake). I did put in my own email, address and bank details ect, however, I didnt realise it put a different name on. I contacted p louise to ask to cancel my order, and also explained the situation. I got awww sorry the person has to ring due to pdr and and you have to claim my money back. I asked several times if there is anything else they can do, but no. So i have had to open a case and now there saying im allowed to email them, which wasnt the case on the phone (paypal ongoing). The package has come.
Secondly, i orderd a box and some soap seperatly. I HAVE to say there very clever and wise. They have put the soap that was supposed to be seperate into the box. I find this is so that you have to open the box to get it. I cant explain how mad I am.

From the get go it is a shambles
From the get go it is a shambles, parking is nowhere near enough for visitors. The "bouncers" (with the poor attitudes and over ego personalities can't call them security") we're disgusting to a number of people including ourselves before even entering the premises. Inside certainly didn't feel like an experience, more like an in and out conveyor of poorly excecuted disappointment. Paid for our daughter to do the make your own experience which was described as an hour long, more like 5 minutes and resulted in an overpriced lip gloss with 2 choices of already made flavour with some temu style quality charms attached. The only part you couldn't count as make your own was pulling a lever to put the liquid in to the bottle. May aswell just ordered items off the website as you'd of got more value for money there. Mystery bags at £10 were just £10 items you could of brought anyway. The overhype and misdirection from the website to the advertising and to the venue itself is just misleading and poor. Certainly won't be returning again.
This was a late christmas present visit for our daughter which she had been looking forward to for months and did not live up to any type of expectation.

I had a problem today with an unexpected customs charge..I contacted Jess in Customer Service..and what a Fantastic service I received..the problem was not that of plouise but customs but guess what?..they so kindly refunded me IMMEDIATELY the extra charge as just a kind gesture of goodwill.. won't get customer service and goodwill to their loyal customers like that from many companies..VERY IMPRESSED with this company..
