Pack & Play Arena Reviews

Order went through very smoothly and items arrived next day beautifully packaged and all in good condition.Would highly recommend.Competitive pricing.

Wide selection of TCG’s in various languages. Packed safe and secure, arrived fast. Insane value for money & pack-fresh smell when ripping. Just pulled an SAR from a loose pack (Morty’s Conviction, Temporal Forces). I’ll be hooked now.

Found this randomly after a google search. Was unsure at first before placing an order but I am so pleased with my order. First time using these but won’t be the last. Thank you so much for packing the items so well and for getting the package out so speedily! My kids are going to be so happy with these! Highly recommend and reasonably priced.

Came fast and factory sealed got what i wanted and wasnt damaged at all. Will buy again.

Delivered really quickly and packaged pefectly!

Prompt delivery and booster box’s in excellent condition. Very happy and now a repeat customer. Thanks 🤩

Fantastic Seller! Great communication and the products are fair-priced! Fast delivery and items come extremely well-packaged!

I have purchased from Pack & Play Arena for nearly a year now and have had nothing but Clear communication, Fast shipping, and Competitive Pricing.

They have a plethora of products and are constantly updating and expanding their stock and knowledge of TCG's, and listen to their Customers.

CANCELED MY ORDER - NO REASON. UNHAPPY.

I ordered a pre-order item and contacted the company about a minor address issue. They confirmed they would resolve it. Shortly afterwards they requested photographic ID and proof of address for verification. I promptly emailed my driving licence, which clearly matched the order details.
They initially replied that the documents were fine. Later, however, they cancelled the order, citing risk concerns. I explained that I am a new customer, that I had provided everything requested, and that the documents matched the order exactly. Despite this, the cancellation went ahead.
I understand that companies need to manage risk, especially with shared addresses. However, after voluntarily providing official photographic ID that matched the order, I struggle to see what further verification was required. As a first-time customer who cooperated fully, the decision felt unfair and left me feeling disappointed with the experience.
I hope the company reviews its process for cases where customers have already supplied clear, matching identification.

I brought an unshrinked Japanese Booster Box for Storm Emeralda - very high risk, but I knew buying from Pack & Play I was in the best of hands. Their customer service is amazing, genuinely industry leading. And to top it off I pulled my chase, the Rayquaza SAR. Thanks again guys!

These guys are the best, fair prices considering the current market and customer support is second to none!

Dispatched within half an hour and great prices too! Highly recommend!!

I actually reached out to the team on socials to let them know how impressed I was with my service.

As an active TCG player and collector i really take pride in my items. I bought a new binder from Pack and Play Arena. It was delivered in less than 48 hours, the packaging was BOMB proof! around 5 layors of bubble wrap, cardboard padding and in a decent size cardboard box.

The price was the best I had seen online, and they had the colour i wanted in stock! I'll 100% be ordering through them again!

Professional and fast and we'll packedged + good communication when I had a question.
Have reorder since.
Top seller

Great service, fast delivery, very helpful WhatsApp number, thanks Pack and Play arena

Owners a solid guy, had an issue with a delivery going missing, helped me from the second it went until I fortunately got it back and it wasn't even an issue with his side, royal mail had messed up.

10/10 customer service for sure.

100% recommend to anyone looking for a safe place to buy TCG products, will be buying more without a doubt.

I bought 11 palworld booster boxes and 3 of the trial decks for it, besides royal mail messing up one of the boxes everything was delivered on time and well packaged 10/10 too.

Overall 10/10, no complaints.

Quick delivery, well packed and best prices around!

Very efficient and effective. Delivery was on-time. The product reflects expectations
