What an amazing company
What an amazing company! I emailed to enquired about an etb as it was showing out of stock moment after received the stock notification, they were so very polite and professional in responding and even went as far as letting me know when the restock come in to ensure I had time get get onto the website and secure one, as a working person who loves the hobbie I don’t often have the ability to be online as fast as others and miss every opportunity to scalpers so this little act of kindness means a whole lot to me! I can’t thank you enough I hope the company gets the recognition it is well deserved

Thanks so much for the kind words, it really means a lot! I'm really glad we were able to help you get hold of one in the end. I know how frustrating it can be when things sell out so quickly, especially when you're working and can’t always jump online straight away. We always try to give people a fair chance where we can, so I’m really happy it helped in this case.
Thanks again for taking the time to leave a review and for the support — it’s genuinely appreciated! 😊

very quick to help
made an order then seen something else that I wanted, contacted them over WhatsApp and was replied too straight away. Happily put the extra stuff onto my order and sent an invoice/bank details for what was left to be paid and included the postage discount as I had then went over £50. Stuff was well packed and quickly delivered. Absolute legends and will be using them again.
