Very professional when calling to offer signing. On time with uploading the signing documents.

The website is hard to navigate. I went in to download my credentials and was unable to locate that section again. I keep getting emails that the only signing I have completed has been canceled, then reinstated. I do not know how i will be paid for this signing due to my inability to find the page to download my inforation.

The People are friendly but there are often miscommunications, jobs fall through, and when help is needed or requested, it’s rarely given. The pay is fair and payments are on time. Definitely not my favorite company to work with but definitely not the worst company to work with.

I used to dread seeing Pac Signing calling me. I have figured out my own costs for doing signings, and I believe that I calculate a fair price for my time, expertise, materials, and travel. The old Pac Signing would ALWAYS try to bring my fee down, and after saying that they would try to get it approved, I'd never hear back from them. However, recently, they hear my fee and work to get it approved. For several recent jobs that were assigned to me, the documents and instructions were clear and accurate, and signings have gone off without a hitch. I also had quite a pleasant surprise when I received my e-check three days after a completed signing! Keep up the great work!

when I received the call for the order, there was no mention of the scan back. It wasn’t until I received the order that I saw the scan back noted. it was also Christmas Eve.
That put me in a time crunch for my other signings on that day and there was also a three day right to resend so the scan backs were not really necessary.
One document loan was 58 pages. I did appreciate that after requesting to only send the signature pages on that 58 page document I was allowed to do so.
I am accustomed to being told when I get a call details like scan backs.
I work with top-notch title companies and take my job as a certified signing agent very seriously and always strive to get the job done right professionally and efficiently if that’s what you guys are looking for in your signers keep me on your list and be willing to pay me appropriately for the job

Dishonest.
Late payments.
No payments.
Excessively call and hover.
Asks for you to work for free when they make errors.

I have completed 33 (?) loan modifications through PAC Signing. Overall, it has been a decent relationship. There have been a few bumps in the road, but overall I appreciate the business.

My only complaint at this time is the change in payment schedule, and it has nothing to do with the representatives that I have dealt with, but it has to do with the payment schedule. It used to be twice a month. Now with it being 30 days, I find it difficult to keep track.

The signing service was very involved in the process and gave me quick guidance when needed.

Mostly, what I liked was the fact that Pac Signing let me change the date and time of the signing. The borrower had an emergency call out for work. So, he asked me if we could change the meeting time & date. I said yes, without checking with Pac Signing. However, when I told them, they understood very well that sometimes, life happens.

I am a notary in Pennsylvania. I completed an assignment with this signing service for the first time in 11/2025. The representative from Pac Signing was very professional and understanding. While there were a few snags with the signers, we were able to get everything completed and processed.

The documents for printing arrive fast. Plus I have a window of 3-5 days to confirm a time with the client.

I was not familiar with your platform since this was the first time doing business with you but the staff showed great patience with me.

The company didn't provide the payment terms before I accepted the assignment. They also didn't provide the payment process. When I reached out to the accounting department, the woman who responded, Raquel, did so in an unprofessional manner and tone. Since this was my first time doing an assignment with this company, I didn't know what to expect. Their payment terms are too long after the assignment is completed. 30 days from the end of the month when the assignment was completed on the 13th of the month is unacceptable. I probably won't accept anymore assignments if I can't get paid in a shorter time frame.

PacSignings makes the Loan Modification signing appointments easy by providing only the necessary information and following up with reminders throughout the process. They are quick to respond via the portal. The portal is simple and easy to use. Typically they give a few days to get the appointment scheduled, which makes it easy to work into my schedule.

I was not familiar with your platform and I had to ask several times how to locate docs. I printed docs 2 sets and right before I was set to leave I had to re print the docs. However, I was compensated for it so all is well.

Your team showed patience with me when my scanner had to be rebooted and rest overnight. You allowed me extra time to send the scanned documents

You guys were so patient with me. We had some date challenges and they helped so much.

I received correspondence quickly and even got a call when a fix was needed and was guided on what to do. The caller was pleasant and helpful.
