Loan Mods are clear and concise! I feel that a company that hired me for this type of assignment should set expectations from the borrowers to establish time lines. I set appts and then those appts get rescheduled 1 or 2 times by the borrowers. Seems like there should be a better system in place. Also, too much needless communications from the hiring company.

This was my first signing with Pac Signing. The offer was a fair fee, much better than other signing companies. They were easy to work with and overall it was a great experience. Hope to work with them more in the future.

Communication and support are excellent.

If i could give negative stars for this company I would. I am a notary public, hired by this company. They are impossible to work with.

Their staff has contradicted themselves over 20 times on just one job i did for them. They are extremely disorganized and even asked me to commit an illegal act for them. I refused and have reported them to the authorities.

Don't work for this company out of their Oregon office. You can do far better in my opinion.

PAC Signings Order Form as well as the signing instructions were clear and concise.
Any questions I had in regards to PAC's Orders were handle in a "professional and timely manner."

Update: Signing Service has since reached out and informed me that I will be receiving the fee for travel and print of this order. They have been diligent in making this right.

Signing was canceled due to signer not being aware of funds due at signing. Title Co instructed it would need to be rescheduled. However, I had already printed and traveled to the location agreed on. When I reached out to your scheduling agent to inquire about my print and travel fee of $50, I was told they would have to clear it with the title company even though it is in the agreement with the signing service. And now, the scheduler will not respond to me. It is unprofessional to skip out on a fee that was in the agreement.

Staff was knowledgeable and courteous. My invoice was paid in less than a week. Looking forward to working with you again.

I don’t normally work with new companies however I did have the available at that time therefore I took the assignment. I explained to the person that the signing location was almost an hour away. This was a reverse mortgage therefore the Signer was elderly, and I needed to take extra time explaining everything to her plus she liked to talk. I don’t believe in rushing Signers because this is a major decision for them. The area I was in cell coverage is spotty therefore I did not receive the email requesting a status until I was out of that area, the time of the email was less than an hour after the signing time. Then I received a call for her requesting the status, I had a difficult time understanding with her children talking and screaming in the background. I have been doing this for almost 24 years I am well established with over 4000 companies throughout the county I have never been treated like this before.

I enjoyed working with PAC Signing, Documents were available and straight forward. And looking forward to hopefully working with PAC Signings in the future. I have not received an answer on my previous question on how to upload my credentials for future work any help would be appreciated.

PAC Signing was wonderful to work with! The documents were able to be uploaded in plenty of time for review, when questions needed to be answered they responded the first time, very pleasant to speak with, and they paid almost immediately. This was an excellent company to work for! I highly recommend them to any notary.
