Wow, I bought a painting a few months ago…
I bought a painting a few months ago and have just recently completed it. It took a bit longer than anticipated to obtain it, but the wait was worth it. I had some communication exchange with the company owner/representative (who are Canadian) about the delay and some concerns with the box being slightly damaged, and he responded very quickly and to my satisfaction. I sent a picture of my grandchild to get reproduced (by numbers) and he results were outstanding. I took the 48 colors and once completed, it looks almost like a picture. I wish I could put a picture of the painting to substantiate my saying. I am now ordering 3 more for gifts. I fully recommend them.

This is my second review of this company and I still stand firm that they deserve a full 5 stars, if I could give them more I would! The quality of the product is excellent but what makes them stand out amongst the rest is the customer service. No matter what you reach out about you receive a personal email response within 12 hours, but typically less. In a world where customer service has really depreciated it is truly refreshing! Exceptional service, exceptional company
With respect to Customer Service, this is probably the most exceptional experience of my life. I ordered a custom paint by number kit and was not sure what to expect because I hadn’t dealt with this company before. I was a little concerned about some of the paint colours accuracy as I started to paint so I wrote to ask a question. I was answered within 15 minutes with an exceptionally caring and detailed email. The company worked with me over the next week to ensure I was completely happy with every part of the process. I have never felt any company cared as much about their customers as this one does. William and the team went far above and beyond. They even asked me to follow up throughout my process to make sure I was completely happy every step of the way. Simply unbelievable. If you are on the fence about whether or not to buy from this company, I would suggest you don’t hesitate. I only wish every business could take a page out of their book. I hope they are around for a long time to come.

Fantastic customer service
I ordered 3 canvases. The delivery time was as expected. When I receive my package one of the boxes had been damaged therefore damaging the canvas. I got in touch with Paint on numbers. They got back to me within minutes. They resent another canvas. They have the most amazing customer service. If you are wanting to order from them do not hesitate. I certainly will. I have my eye on the 3D flower paintings. It is so refreshing to find this kind of customer service.

First of all go Canada! Especially entrepreneurs!
Secondly their service really is above expectations. That can be a cliche but not in this case. The service IS pretty exceptional.
Shipping took longer than I first expected (3 weeks), especially as I’m in Canada as well but now that I know and if it contributes to their great pricing, no problem!
I appreciate the team’s efforts in creating a rendering with rich colours that is fun to see come to life.
And one more thing, the extra input of suggestions found in their site as to technique is a plus. The variety of prebuilt kits is huge! I’ve been doing paint by numbers for a very long time. Questions and Follow Through were Excellent
I had a few pre-purchase questions which were promptly and courteously answered, giving me the confidence to buy. The company owner promptly reached out to me. I was more than satisfied with the response and their products are as expected. One little tip, if you are going portraits or complicated custom paintings, it can may be better to opt for less than 48 colors.

Great hobby and great memory
Last year before Christmas I ordered 3 paintings. Buy 2 get one free. Two dogs and cat. Cat was very complicated. Mostly grey and grey background. When received package we thought that colours were in brown shade. I emailed company and next day I received email that the colours are right as per design. Willam promised that he will replace it if it won’t turn right. My wife was painting them for a month. All turned perfect. It was great gift for my kids as this was one of Christmas gift for them very personal. It looks like this was the most appreciated gift they received. Few days ago I purchased 3 more paintings. I ordered them stretched on frames. Never had experience to frame them before. For painting cat the areas are very small and I had to purchase extra small brushes from Amazon. Overall experience was great. I’m returning customer

New hobby
I ordered 6 paint by numbers for Christmas in early December, they arrived within a couple weeks, even coming from China. Package was well wrapped, everything was in one piece. I immediately wished I had bought one for myself.
Canvas material is sturdy, takes paint well and pictures are large! Paint quality is great, the 3 brush sizes work well. I enjoyed several hours of painting on Christmas.

This is actually NOT a Canadian…
This is actually NOT a Canadian Company. Once you put in order they process it only. The product comes from China and you actually can't see the full traveling of product because the website is broken. Here I thought I would have my product by now since I'm actually 3 hours away from the company but yet that is not the case. The company did follow-up without providing full details. You do NOT get product within their delivery time so far it's been 9 business days and it's not even in Canada. Cheaper and faster going through Amazon same quality product and they don't state Canadian company with false information.

2. The delivery delay you’re seeing is caused by the courier and is unfortunately outside our control. We’ve explained this in our email replies to you. If you can’t find the email, I’m happy to resend the tracking details.
3. To make this right, I’ve processed a full refund for your order. The refund has been issued on our side, and the amount will be returned to your original payment method. The exact timing for that to show in your account depends on the bank/card issuer, but it usually takes a couple of business days.
4. Please do accept the kit when it arrives; you’ll be able to compare the product quality yourself. We stand behind the materials, conversion, and finish, and we think you’ll notice the difference versus generic marketplace alternatives.
