My second order. Am thrilled again especially with custom print - a wonderful likeness with true colours. Package arrived well wrapped and sealed, with canvases in hard tubes, so no nasty fold lines. Excellent value for money. Recommend +++++

I had trouble viewing the photo I uploaded for a custom painting. When I asked customer service to verify my order, I had a prompt response assuring me that my order would be checked and confirmed before shipping. Top notch service! I’m excited to paint my photo!

I am very pleased with this company as I received a canvas made from a picture I had taken from my trip to France. I began to paint the picture and noticed immediately that the colors were off and that some details were unclear. I brought this to the attention of the company and they were very responsive and agreed to re-print another canvas at no expense . The new one arrived quickly and though I have not yet begun to paint it, it is obvious to me it is a big improvement . I will definitely continue to use this company.

I ordered four paint by number custom kits. They arrived within about two weeks. One of the kits paint pot leaked all over inside the bag. I sent an email and received a response within 24 hours from a lovely person named Charlie!
He told me to throw away the messy paints and he would send a new set of paints to me ASAP.
He emailed me each step of the way and today I received a tracking number to track my paint.
If something changes, I will update this review… But I have received excellent customer service and the quality of the paints and canvas are amazing. I did end up buying my own paint brushes, though… But this was more of a personal preference as this is my first time using paint by numbers.

Team member, Charlie, reached out to me within a few short days to let me know that I had forgotten to send the pictures! We got it quickly sorted out! They are very on top of emails and their replies! I can't wait to start my 2 projects!

Have used them for years. Always custom paintings from my photos. Always turn out great. Did have a problem with ordering one time. It was my error, and they resolved it quickly and efficiently. I've been doing paint-by-numbers for a few years ago, but have been hesitant about ordering custom ones after a bad experience with another company. My brother surprised me with a custom piece for Christmas, and I've never experienced such great customer service before.
I had a concern from the start and Charlie and their team gave me some fantastic advice about it. After I was done I still had an issue with part of the skin that looked more like a sunburn than a slight blush. They looked into it, adjusted the painting so that I was happy with the preview, and are sending me a new one for free!

If you are looking for a custom PBN, then this is a great site especially after having to deal with all the scam sites out there.

Great product and great customer service. I had an issue with the paints I received with one of my paintings and they replaced them quickly for me. The paintings are great quality and I would not hesitate to order from this company again.

I recently received my new paint kits and I can't wait to get started painting!
It took awhile to get it through the mail, and I reached out to staff via email to inquire on tracking. Charlie was fantastic with a very prompt response and followed up providing an update. The parcel was simply in process with mail services. Thanks to Charlie, I will be set up and painting very soon.

I recently purchased a paint by numbers kit from Paint with Numbers and I was very impressed with them and particularly their responsiveness. The kit arrived in good time and excellent condition. However, as I began painting, I noticed that several of the paints had a "skin" on top and the paints were fairly thick. I sent an email and Charlie responded promptly with a promise to send a complete new set of paints. The new paints arrived quickly and were all in good condition. I will happily purchase from them again in future.

A wonderful comany to order from. Our customized paintings were delivered within a good time, in perfect order and with quality materials. Customer service is friendly and prompt answering my questions before ordering. I highly recommend.

Order placed on 11/16. PWN claims and tracking shows turned over to USPS on 12/4. No further tracking updates, now on 12/23. USPS is not that bad.

Will not order from PWN ever again.

Had a paint colour that arrived dry in its tub. Emailed my concern. Had an answer the next day. (I sent the email in the evening). These kits are awesome ❤️

The custom paint by numbers kits are very helpful for relaxation and my friends enjoy receiving pictures of their pets as gifts. The kits are mailed promptly and if there are any questions or minor issues, my email is answered promptly. The customer service is excellent.
