I was a bit concerned that I wasn't able to access the app for tracking. I reached out via email and Charlie sent a link. My package arrived today and I love all of them!

The customer service is impressive. I needed more paint for 1 colour and they sent it to me ASAP. I love painting, can't believe how great they look with no artistic background. Will be ordering again.

Not a Canadian company, everything ships from China, so your orders will not arrive when they say it will

WORST SERVICE EVER!!
Emailed multiple time regarding shipment.. promised it would be in before Christmas.. never arrived. Then promised to arrive after Christmas.. never happened. When I checked the shipper info.. cancelled by Paint with Numbers?!? No reason, no refund, no communication. Can't get my money back!

IF LOOKING FOR A COOL GIFT.. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

I never received my order. At first they assured me they would reship the order to get it as quick as possible. I kept checking back inquiring if it shipped yet and asking for tracking info. They kept saying would check and get back to me shortly. Now they won’t reply at all. They scammed me. Luckily my bank will reimburse me through my credit card . Unfortunately this was a special Xmas gift which I now don’t have to give.

Five star product and experience!

I had ordered a kit from "paintwithnumbers.ca". I had noticed that a few of the paints had unfortunately dried up. I reached out to customer service (I spoke with Charlie) about the situation, and asked if they could ship me some new paints. Charlie ended up shipping me a brand new set (with all fresh paints) at no extra cost! The new painting set is even nicer than the first one that I had ordered through the company. I was extremely happy with my experience and am loving my paint kit. I will definitely order more kits!

After misunderstanding the buy2 get one free promo I only sent in 2 custom pictures not realizing I needed to send three pictures in to get the promo. After an email that was quickly answered by Charlie I sent in a third pic for my promo deal and even though the other 2 were already shipped it was a pleasant surprise that it was sent separately for me. The product is good quality. Would recommend paint with numbers

I placed an order a while ago and ran out of some paints, and I got in touch to order some new paints and I was sent them free of charge! Great service with the new management.

Received a fake tracking number within 24-48 hours. Tried calling, but the line goes nowhere. Customer service emails are left unanswered. I will be asking my bank to charge back the amount I paid. Don't waste your time with this scammy website

If there was a way to give this a negative star I would. Stay away, Fraud, fake company. They will take your money and you will NOT receive anything from them. Huge disappointment for Christmas. I placed an order with this company for Christmas gifts, expecting the products to ship within 1-2 business days, like the website says and yet I have received no tracking information after two weeks and trying multiple tries to contact them. I wouldn't have minded if the products were back-ordered - as long as someone would have responded to my inquiries. I began to suspect it was a scam site after my emails and phone calls to their customer service went unanswered and after the auto-email I received said I should hear something within 24-36 hours. That was a week ago, and still nothing. Don't waste your money like I did, I'm so disappointed.

Would rate a zero if I could. This entire "business" is FRAUD at it's finest. It's NOT a Canadian website. They ship from China, not from Ontario. Credit card charge states a completely different business than what is advertised, "LED Lighting." Zero customer service, zero response to emails. Will be reporting this fraud to my credit card company and requesting a charge back. Wish places like this would be prosecuted and shut down.

Horrible and misleading website. Ordered over a month ago and still in transit. Site makes it seem like it is a Canadian company and ships within 1-2 business days. False, it ships from China...thus the delay in transit. Courier service is worst I have seen. Will not be ordering anything else from this website. Hope its worth the wait for my one order. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Horrible customer service. Doesn't ship as per their website. Ordered and when received 20 days later. We found that the product is not suitable for resale in our store. Emailed them asking for assistance and requested that we return this order. Nno one responded to us. Over $600 spent and not able to resell as there is no colored poster or colored sheets to go with the items so customers would not be able to see what they are purchasing. Stay away from this company - they only repeatedly respond with a scripted NO REFUND statement. No assistance what so ever.

Order was placed April 30th and still has not arrived (currently May 30th).

I contacted the company for an update after the initial time the package was to be expected passed. It should also be mentioned you had no choice but to select expedite shipping.

From the company’s website :
“All orders are shipped within 1-2 Business days.

Approximate delivery time of this product is 5-7 Business days.”

When I contacted the company, I got a generic “copy and paste” message saying they were experiencing delays. If this is actually the case, then THE COMPANY should reach out to their paying customers - NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. I’ve been contacting the company for updates since then and it’s always the same response with no affirmative confirmation as to when my order should actually arrive.

It’s May 30th and still nothing!
This is such a headache. Do not buy from them!

Ordered Apr 16, it is not May 11 and it still hasn't shipped even though their website says
"-All orders are shipped within 1-2 Business days.
-Approximate delivery time of this product is 5-7 Business days.
-All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way."

And the response I got from their support was

"Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your order. I am sorry this has taken a while to ship

Due to the high volume of orders & the additional precautions we're taking in our distribution center, you may experience shipping delays.

Thank you so much for your patience & understanding :)"

THEN UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE TO SAY SO. Don't bait and switch. You ruined a birthday gift because of your lying. Ordering something a month in advance when it says 5-7 days (lets say 2 weeks) and it not even being shipped yet is not acceptable.

Do not buy from them.
