I needed an obscure classic colour mixed and Josh couldn't have been more helpful searching for the correct code and even sending a photo of the mixed paint to check the colour was right. From first contact it's taken less than a day for it to be delivered. Exceptional service. Thank you Josh.

Can't praise paints4u enough, went above and beyond what I would expect to provide me with the correct paint match for my car after discovering the code on my car was incorrect.
Customer service has to be the best I think I've ever experienced anywhere. And the paint I ended up with was an excellent match. Very happy and I wouldn't use anyone else from now on. The negative reviews seem to bear no relation to my experience in any way.

Im forever ordering from these guys, probably for about 5 different cars now, and the paint match has always been spot on.

Delivery is always quick and with 0 issues.

First of all, customer service is excellent, no doubt about that! I read a couple of bad reviews here, but they don't describe this company, as know about Paints4u for a few months now and every interaction with them was WAY beyond the normal experience of buying on eBay. From the first message when I asked whether they could mix a colour to match my car, I felt I was speaking with a real human being not a costumer service machine who's there in front to smile and spean politely. They do have quality paints, tested by myself three different times with three different colours, amazing coverage even at 1st hand, the closest replica to using a paint gun. I was sent once 2 cans at the price of one, by a dispatch error, and they refused to charge me when I insisted. Great quality at a great price from a great team. I personally recommend them. And no, I don't know them personally, I only know their signature in replies on eBay is Alison. Therefore, thanks for your help and great service, Alison..

I came across Paints4u on EBay and I’ve been using their products for nearly two years now. I’ve bought countless can-paint spray and they’re normally 95% spot on.
I recently decided to do air spraying myself for big areas as it was costing me too much to spray else where and I wasn’t sure how to go about it, so I called the team for some tips and they were amazing, a big shout out to you Alison for your help, it was superb.
I’ve read some of the reviews prior to me writing this review and I can advise some people are hard to please, no matter how hard you try. So keep up the good job, I believe you are doing a great job and I hope you get massive customer base.
My advise to fellow buyers; always read and follow the instructions and if you still don’t understand something call Paints4u for help/clarification.

Wanted to give this company a try, despite the fact that their website doesn’t inspire confidence. White text on black background, form over function, not very professional looking. Didn’t recognise my paint code when I entered it, but then came up with it when I didn’t, promising? When I tried to buy, said my email was already registered, (it isn’t). Said they would send me a password reminder, (they didn’t). So I’m banned from purchasing, how nice. Probably done me a favour I suppose. On balance I can’t forsee great results. Ordered from RS car paints instead, no problems. Guess who gets my future business?

The paint arrived really quickly and seems to match well. They site was easy to use to select the correct colour and the paint went on well with good coverage. The delivery was via DPD so the communication/tracking was excellent.

I've used these guys for their great service and quality products since 2005 when they first started out. Although (as anyone in the trade will tell you) paint matching has a lot to do with how you apply it etc, I can honestly say they resolved all issues I've had very quickly. They now how a state of the art paint dispensing machine that has improved accuracy of their mixes even further. Would defiantly recommend.

Excellent service , helped me out with correct paint code and even with covid and Christmas received paint next day .Have used them before but now I wouldn't go anywhere else .Well impressed.

Colour match was incorrect even after giving details of my car including chassis number. Now refusing to give a refund. Poor service, beware.

Must be the fifth or sixth order that I have placed with P4U over the last couple of years and have always found their website to be easy to navigate and their delivery times quicker than what I would have expected.

Quick and cheap. Thats about it. Send you the wrong colour and wont refund you or send the right colour in return. Aviod.

Sir ... I bought some touch up paint from paints4u in 2006,for my beloved 37 yr old Mini, sitting at home with time on my hands(covid 19), the paint was so old the colour had darkened, phone paints4u.com who had a record of my original purchase, 3 days later the new paint arrived!! Pretty Dam Good !!
