Antwoord van Paints Lab
We stand firmly behind our work and our brand. Our paintings are hand-painted artworks, not mass-produced budget décor, and their value cannot reasonably be reduced to a personal opinion that they should cost £100.
The claims regarding China and the alleged lack of transparency are particularly concerning. We are transparent about our products, and we strongly reject misleading characterisations of our business.
We welcome honest criticism from genuine customers. However, unsupported allegations presented as facts serve no constructive purpose and do not reflect the standards by which we operate.
Paints Lab has built its reputation on original artwork, craftsmanship and the value we deliver to our customers. We will not allow that reputation to be misrepresented by sweeping claims that are neither substantiated nor a fair reflection of our work.
Best,
Patrick

Paid quite a bit for a painting that was very... mass production. The quality of the work really was not fair for the price. It's just a little, off. It came from China even though they pretend its coming from the US.

Looks fantastic!
Received my painting today and just got it hung up - it looks fantastic! The overall process and shipping took a bit longer than advertised, but the final piece is very close to the product photo. I'm really pleased with it!

Great customer service
Great customer service. I ordered the wrong size and they gladly corrected the size and assured me it was corrected and I would receive my Art Work very soon.
I received it and just had it framed. I am absolutely thrilled with my painting. Waiting to have it on my wall.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the rare shipping error.
For the first time in five years, a mix-up occurred between two orders. We identified the issue and initiated a correction, which was scheduled to be completed within couple business days.
It is regrettable that you chose to file a chargeback and discontinue communication before this solution could be implemented. While we always stand ready to fix our rare mistakes, we can only do so when clients allow the process to be completed.
We consider this matter closed.

What I received does not look like the picture of what I ordered. The scale is wrong and the gold foil look glopped on. Absolutely terrible!

This painting is stunning, and I could stare at it all day. I would absolutely order from this vendor again given the exceptional product quality and delivery.

Satisfaction guaranteed
generally, the painting was similar to the original however it has no depth, and the paint runs/graffiti appear artificial, and the graffiti does not flow as it should .. the artist tried too hard to make a copy but missed the mark.... I would opine that it was a copy made by Banksy's distant cousin rather than a copy of an original... I don't think that it is worthy of hanging on a wall in my house ..
I subsequently reached out to PaintsLab and they are working with me to rectify the problem .. Kudos to their customer support, I look forward to getting the matter resolved.
