Pair's support responded quickly to my inquiry concerning my site being down (401) and blocking my access. But no 4 stars, because the site was blocked due to an ongoing security matter, yet I was not notified as soon as the security breach was detected and block was put on the site.

By far the most challenging vendor we have worked with and requires an absurd amount of time to get ahold of anyone in a timely manner. We have been longtime clients with Pair.com, (over 15 years) and they use to be flawless!! Then, they suddenly raised their rates to outrageous amounts. We contacted them and they offered a minor discount, which was a joke. Parallel to that, the customer service has declined tremendously to the point where it is impossible to resolve basic issues. They took a simple situation and made it ridiculous challenging and they love to cut off your email and website access. Imagine if you were involved in a life saving industry or nonprofit and your server company did this?!?! If you are a new client, they do offer a significantly lower rate than what we are paying but don't take the cheap bait!!!

Very quick response. Agent put the scripts in my bin and gave me the exact instructions on how to proceed.

The first response was horrible but after I did a follow up, I got the help I needed.

Had an email configuration glitch. They had it resolved in short order. Always prompt, helpful and the follow through it great.

While there was a quick attempt to solve my problem, I am still without a resolution.
I have been trying to set up a new e-mail box for several days. It doesn't seem like this should be so difficult. I thought I was going to have success when I spoke to Anthony, but no such luck. So far I have talked to no less than 5 technicians!

I got a straight answer. It was not one I agreed with but it made sense about the reason PHP version was out of date.

They don't return phone calls. It took several days for them (despite the fact that I'm one of their contacts for System Notices) to authenticate my request.

They eventually fixed the problem, which I found out through an intermediary.

If you are a programmer, there are better places for hosting.

It was much better than my previous attempts to get help.

It was extremely difficult to figure out how to proceed to look into the problem, now that things had been changed since the last time I needed tech support. Once that was figured out, the interface was techy friendly too. I'm not techy and so also a bit of a trial. I imagine all that to be new issues that will be worked out over time. Once I got through that, the response was swift and successful. Thank you.

Pair Networks provided prompt, effective support for my E-mail server problem, even though it was reported over a weekend.
