This POS system works perfectly for our restaurant. Orders are processed quickly, it’s ease to use and for staff to learn, and it reduces mistakes during busy hours. It really improves efficiency and customer experience.
The team responds quickly and helps resolve issues right away.

A "ZERO" star rating should be possible. Paizer deserves one!! They employ high pressure selling tactics. Demand (not ask)to talk to the boss. The supervisor (who was 3-wayed in) continued with the high pressure selling. We asked if there was a number to call back when our management was available? We were told that their time was valuable and they needed to connect to the person with signing authority. When we informed them that their high pressure tactics and "demanding" style does not go over well here, they hung up.

They call repeatedly and don't leave a message just hang up and call back until you answer then they want the owner, when you tell them the owner don't take sales call they try to tell you, you don't know its a sales call. when you then ask if it's a sales calles they get rude and end the call.

Kishan is by far the best customer service agent I have EVER worked with. As a business owner of multiple businesses, my very limited time is very valuable to me. I don't have a lot of time to go back and forth for my needs and Kishan is always so fast and knowledgeable. He gets it done and goes above and beyond to fix every little or big problem I run into. If I could, I would steal him from Paizer and hire him as my own personal assistant because I am confident he would make my life a million times easier with my administration tasks. I hope the company knows how lucky they are to have him!
