I am again compelled to share my harrowing experience with Palm Jewelers, a company that epitomizes deceit and unethical business practices. My interaction with Palm Jewelers has been nothing short of a nightmare, characterized by incompetence, disregard for customers, and outright deception.

First and foremost, I placed an order with Palm Jewelers nearly two weeks ago, with the promise of expedited shipping. However, the end of today will mark 72 "business hours" since my order was placed, and I have yet to receive any update on its status. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service team, including emails sent over the past 13 days, I have been met with virtually deafening silence.

Adding insult to injury, it has come to my attention that Palm Jewelers operates under multiple names (Verolux Jewelry is one), luring unsuspecting individuals with the false promise of "free jewelry" only to lead them to the same deceptive website. They then ask you to pay for shipping which seems like a bargain based on the item you are receiving. In reality, their plan all along is to take your money and send you nothing. This blatant scamming of innocent people is despicable and reprehensible.

Furthermore, the contradiction between Palm Jewelers' website claims of expedited shipping and their customer service's denial of such service is both infuriating and indicative of their dishonesty. It is clear that Palm Jewelers has no qualms about making false promises to customers, only to backtrack and deny them when confronted.

In conclusion, my experience with Palm Jewelers has been nothing short of a nightmare. I urge anyone considering doing business with this company to proceed with extreme caution. Palm Jewelers epitomizes everything that is wrong with the business world today – deception, dishonesty, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Avoid them at all costs.

If I could give this product 0 stars I would I order a chain as a Christmas present in November of 2023! Paid for it thought it looked like an okay company as was trying something new.. turns out it’s now February of 2024! And it never arrived it’s disgusting what company’s do for money these days it’s a joke I’ve been emailing since it said it was with my couriers and it never arrived and then they proceeded to send emails about how I would rate the product ? Are u silly it never came 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ silly company starters who shouldn’t be advertised on such big social media’s as people end up trusting it!! I’ve tried emailing multiple times and they say the same thing everything “it’s been sent out” my order went from being near me to going onto a plane to china then back to the uk? It’s all a fraud DONT BUY FROM HERE !

I brought a chin from here for 300pounds and it breaks on me so I won't be buying anything from here ever again course its a load of crap 😒

I ordered and still haven't got my tracking number it's been three weeks. They email me back saying that traffic is holding them up due to high numbers of orders. I suggest you guys report this website so more people won't get scammed!

Been waiting for over a month about 10 weeks if im honest and they keep sending me stuff about my order like what I rate it when I haven’t even got it yet. Not an email has been replied to for the last 4 weeks trying to figure out where my order was and no reply! I get it’s international but they said 2-3 weeks. We are now on week 10 and haven’t had an update since week 6

The delivery was taking a bit long but it was international so it was okay, the customer support was very apologetic but the product was not worth the wait it was not even metal it was all plastic not 1piece was metal. Very disappointed.
Ordered a ring aswell 1 minute after the chain and pendant and it still hasn’t arrived and no updates have been given and I hope that it is not plastic like the previous order.

The first go around I had ordered their free Miami Cuban Link. It took a bit to arrive but when it eventually did, I inspected it closely. There's no purity marks on any of their jewelry besides the 925 sterling silver Franco chain, but it is pretty heavy, giving the illusion that it's made of high-quality materials. The cuban link is farily heavy, weighing about 34 grams. They're most likely made out of stainless steel. I've worn my Miami cuban link time and time again almost every day. I've brought it into the pool, sweat on it numerous times from going to the gym, and even tried cutting it in half. These chains are incredibly durable. I bought a tennis chain after my Miami Cuban and the clasp was difficult to get open, but once I got it to open it was easy to take on and off. In my opinion, these pieces are very nice if you're not looking to spend an arm and a leg on gold plated or solid gold jewelry. I would definitely buy from Palm Jewellers again.

P.S. The packaging for BOTH the chains I ordered wasn't that great; the cuban link was wrapped in plastic that was hard to get off and the tennis chain wasn't wrapped in plastic at all.

Cheap Chinese rubbish. I got a watch from them, the watch is not even the same watch as pictured. Quality is terrible and very light almost feels plastic. Delivery takes forever. You can get them cheaper and quicker on ebay so don't bother wasting your money with these scammers.

Got 2 tennis chains, ice out Cuban chain & bracelet. “Diamond” have a good shine but material is cheap, very thin plating, it will fade after being worn 2/3 times

What I’ve ordered has been true to the picture. I’ve ordered recently from there again and waiting for my package to come.

All part of a new website-style based scam where people who browse for jewelry on social media, or anywhere on the internet are duped into believing they’ve come across either “free” jewelry or strangely very cheap priced “gold” products which are actually chinese $3 chains being advertised as “free” which they then charge a $20 or so fee for “shipping” which is actually their true profit. Absolutely disgusting, and disgraceful. It’s all cheap crap that will tarnish into a ugly rusty shade of copper with just one wear. Do not trust these people, save your money for something atleast made of real silver or 10k gold.

Just read the (5* Star reviews) that are listed below, and you’ll notice that they sound similar/generic and quite frankly fake. It’s a scam.

Still waiting on my watch it’s been since 6-6-23 I emailed talking about it’s on its way as of yesterday it’s says Grand Rapids tx all I wanted was the watch or my 20 dollars shipping back really jus wanted to see what it was about so I really believe it’s a scam

Got my “free” watch, took a wee while to deliver from US to UK but it got here. Black slip it came in had holes and looked dirty. Watch is too big for me but that’s my own fault haha. It’s nice but definitely doesn’t seem worth it’s original price of around £245

It's a Scam, I ordered in March they never delivered. I asked for a refund they said no refund, I ask for the goods to be sent out again with tracking. They stopped responding to me. They delete all my posts on there socials and blocked me.

I have started the process with trading standards and wrote to watch dog and rogue traders.

Do not buy as If there is any issues with delivery they won't resend or refund.

I didnt receive 3 of my orders from palm jewellers. I spent $60 shipping on multiple items and it seems like this is a scam and they just took my money?? Then when i try to track it it says theres no tracking number. Whats up with this? It's been 3 weeks almost a month and I still haven't got it. And what's crazy is there's ZERO CUSTIMER SERVICE. do NOT buy from them! It's a scam!!

Ordered a Cuban link chain on the 24th of April, arrived on the 18th of May. Expect long shipping times and don’t set your hopes TOO high as this is a “free chain”. Shine is pretty decent but the packaging is hot garbage. I basically had to hope it didn’t arrive dirty and sure enough, it luckily was clean.
