Positive experience.
Ordering item was very straightforward, it arrived without delay. I was pleased as size is perfect, also quality. The only slight disappointment is shade is a little off what I expected. But overall very happy with experience.

Gift card usage
Good website for online shopping but my only criticism is the gift cards can only be used online and not in the local shops. I regularly buy one for my daughter in law but she has to go into the shop to try things on then order online which isn´t always convenient.

I am going to have to start a problem with A Post to see what happened.
AN POST are usually THE BEST AT DELIVERING PARCELS and always let me know day before if parcel is coming SO I TRUST AN POST COMPLETELY

Fabulous customer service
I was looking for a particular item that wasn’t showing up online in my preferred size. I emailed customer services to see if the item would be coming back into stock. I cannot believe I am receiving my delivery tomorrow! Absolutely amazing customer service (Ashyra) I couldn’t be happier. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. Well done Ashyra & Pamela Scott. I will most definitely be shopping with Pamela Scott again.
