Short expiry date (less than a month!) for a whole package of Havanas and they claim it's alright.. While the rest of the products hold 3-4 months expiry date. Very disappointing!

Pésima experiencia. Se realizó una compra en la q luego de semanas dijeron q debían cancelarla porque no podían entregar los productos. Desde ese momento noviembre 2025 que se está intentando realizar el reembolso, para el cual ponen mil excusas. Pésima atención. Pésimo servicio. No compren nada.

They never answer after order was placed. Poor quality company

I ordered from Pampa Direct a tea kettle and it's for children's play. Not sturdy or good quality. No refund to credit cards, only refund is to buy from their place or issue replacement.

Placed the order and after some time they asked me that they had not sent it and if I wanted a refund. Said no; please dispatch urgently the order as what I bought was for my co workers for xmas.
Since then sent at least 5 emails as they have not responded. They have a phone number in the web page and the number is a WhatsApp and no response. To be honest they should the company should be banded in the USA,

Un desastre total y muy poco confiable.
Hace dos meses estoy lidiando con este pedido: un mes esperando que me enviaran algo que nunca llegó, cancelé y pedí el reembolso, y otro mes esperando que me devuelvan mi dinero.
No contestan los correos... Desesperante!

No pidan nunca de este lugar, hice un pedido de 200 dolares,.... la mitad de las cosas en la caja faltaban, la caja estaba bien cerrada asi que no se perdieron en el camino !! Que casualidad que faltaban las cosas mas caras como por ejemplo una caja de Havanna cacao, y otros productos, les hable por medio del chat y como siempre no te responden. Escribi en instagram para que todos vieran y ahi si.... me respondieron me pideron disculpas y ellos mismos me reconoceron que alguien en la empresa robo los productos. El tema es que en vez de devolverte el dinero te dan un credito en la tienda y practiamente te obligan a comprar otra vez.... el caso es que hice otro pedido solo para ver si esta vez iban mejor y habia sido solo un caso aislado.... y NO, esta vez directamente nunca me enviaron el pedido, les escribis y no te responden, ya me habian avisado que por lo general te envian 1 sola vez bien el pedido para que confies en ellos, y despues te empiezan a robar. NUNCA MAS ESTOS LADRONES ! Busquen otro lugar, las otras tienas a mi pais no envian por eso habia empezado a pedir en Pampa, pero si ustedes tienen otras opciones ni lo piensen. Estos tipos en algun momento te empiezan a robar el dinero, no se confien

I ordered Queso Cremoso and paid the refrigerated shipping as they requested.
Arrived with 14C when needed to stay under 4C. Made a claim 15min after the delivery and because of the timezone, they claimed that it was my fault for leaving it 5 hours waiting.
After back and forth they gave me an store credit, not a refund.
Also, they didn't refund the shipping.
TOTALLY unprofessional. Will never buy from them again and would not recommend it because of the useless and unprofessional customer service.

We spend 200 USD in Alfajores and other things… we receive around 10 of them already expired.

They used to have very good service with prompt delivery of carefully packed items delivered through FedEx. My last two orders have been problematic though. The first went missing with FedEx in Memphis. They offered to resend with my latest order. The latest order has only partially been delivered but with boxes severely damaged and containing items they don’t even sell. The packing was not careful as before. Usually the caps of drink bottles were taped shut. One box contained four untaped drink bottles plus a roll of tape marked Industria Argentina, so we all know where it came from. It isn’t worth dealing with these people anymore.

Horrible atencion al cliente. Si tenes un problema no te solucionan nada. Una eternidad para que te contesten por email y no te solucionan nada.

I received part of the order. The other one, I found out by myself that it was delivered in a wrong address in another state. I let them know but no feedback from them.
Reading other reviews looks like is very unlikely they would solve my issue.

This is the worst company ever. They stole my money. They didn't send the items, and then they refused to refund my money. It's a scammer company. DO NOT use them. You can use much better options.

Esta es la peor compañía que he visto. Me robaron. No enviaron mi pedido y luego se negaron a reembolsarme poniendo excusas mentirosas.

They shipped wrong items with intend, they sent also items worth less than half price of requested items, when I contacted them they refused to ship the left items and they just sent other cheap products and let me pay shipping again and refused to send my original order or afford the delivery while it's thier mistake.. This behavior happened twice so I stopped buy from them, be aware

I ordered yerba mate from Pampa Direct to Vietnam, but unfortunately the shipment was held at customs due to local import restrictions for food products that I wasn't aware of at the time of purchase. The Vietnamese authorities only allow food imports as personal gifts from person to person and under a certain value, but since this was a commercial shipment from a company, it didn't qualify regardless of the value.
Throughout this challenging situation, Pampa Direct's customer support was outstanding. They responded promptly to all my inquiries, clearly explained the customs issues we were facing, and kept me informed about developments with DHL. When it became clear that the shipment couldn't be delivered due to regulations beyond anyone's control, they processed a full refund without any hassle.
The entire process took a few months to resolve, but their communication was professional and helpful throughout. While the original order couldn't be fulfilled due to external circumstances, I was impressed by how they handled the situation and their commitment to customer satisfaction.
Would definitely consider ordering from them again for shipments to countries without such restrictions.

I have ordered alfajores and candy from them many times. Delivery is always fast and can be tracked. The product arrives in excellent condition.
I will definitely continue to order from them.

I had to leave a star or they wouldn't have received one. This is the worst company for anything they sell! Vegetable's are terrible, fruits are nasty, and fish or anything else is just as bad. Please buy any products by any company except for pampa. That's why they give them out at food banks because no one with taste would buy them!!!!

I had an issue with a product that did not match the description at all. And when I requested a return or full refund they refused and offered a 30% credit store for my next purchase?! how did they arrive to a 30% credit store? who knows. Their customer CARE is non existent. DON'T BUY from these guys if you have an issue they will NOT RESPOND, they don't care about customer satisfaction.

I ordered one month ago and the order hasn't arrived. They didn't write me to let me know my order was delay. I had to write and asked them. They charge you and tell you is going to be around 10 to 15 business days and its been already a month. Im really disappointed

I BOUGHT SOME YERBA AND COOKIES AND IVE NEVER RECEIVED THE ORDER, they told me I was being refunded so that I could buy again… This was April 7th 2025, as of today, 06/22/2025 I have not received anything from them. DONT BUY FROM THEM
