I should’ve read all the reviews before ordering from this company. I would definitely not order from them again!
I received the dress and it was slightly tight so I reached out to see if I could get an exchange for a larger size. They said i could only get store credit if I returned it and they wouldn’t send out the other dress until they received the smaller size back. Whatever that’s fine, I get that but there are many awesome companies that will allow you to exchange sizes no problem. I honestly loved the dress just needed a bigger size. FYI, customer service is awful and it takes them forever to respond. Fast forward a few weeks. They send me an email saying my return has been rejected because it has stains in it! They sent me pictures showing the stains, it’s not even the same dress!!! The color is totally different!! How do I know this ? Well they said I could pay $5 to get the same dress back or they would just toss the dress since they couldn’t sell it. Fast forward another 2 weeks, I just received the dress and there is not a single stain on it!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY! So fraudulent! Their clothes look so cute online but I’ll never order from them or their sister store. By the way I never leave terrible reviews but couldn’t let this one go.

The products are good quality but they only do store credit for refunds and only free shipping when it's over $150. Customer service is rude, slow to respond if they respond at all. They never update their stock and stuff is always out of stock, been waiting over six months to try to use this store credit and it's virtually useless. I am very disappointed about my experiences and will not be purchasing again.

If there was a zero option, i would have given them, no star.
I returned a dress which was too small for me, and asked for a larger size. I received a return rejected email without any supporting documents!!
Either this is a scam or very unprofessional company. DO NOT ORDER from them.

Worst customer service. Processing and shipping take forever. When contacting customer service they were very rude, didn’t respond back to emails, or weren’t helpful at all. Products are quality but sizing is always off. Also you can only return for store credit or exchange which isn’t useful at all. I am very disappointed about my experiences and will not be purchasing again.

I initially ordered a dress that was shipped and was received in a timely fashion. The color did not match the product that was pictured on the website, but it seemed to be decent quality. When I tried to exchange it for a different size I ran into major issues. After several weeks and multiple emails to customer service, I requested that they cancel my order and refund my payment. They stated that they are having "production issues" and shipments are delayed. I ultimately filed a dispute with my credit card company, as Pampelone refused to refund my payment and could not ship the product I paid for.

same as everyone is saying after starting a return (for store credit only who does that ?) they took over 2 weeks to issue my credit after the return was processed. I wrote 3 x a day, finally issued and what I would have ordered as an exchange is now out of stock.. they said they had computer issues. l.. scam company. will hope I find something there after so long

This company is fraudulent! Don't buy! I bought a dress that I never wore, sent it back, they told me they couldn't accept it because it has a tiny stain on the bottom. The dress never left my bedroom, so I have no idea how the stain got there. They won't even give me store credit. Oh and the dress was very cheap material and didn't fit true to size whatsoever.

I love this store. The clothes are beautifully made and so unique. I highly recommended this place !!!!!

They have a 21 day return policy and they won't honor it. There clothes are horrible quality and very inconsistent. Do NOT ORDER from them!!!!

I placed an order and it took so long time to receive it. I had to return the item because I had to purchase a similar item elsewhere. When I requested a refund on my credit card, I was told that couldn’t be done. I will not continue to shop at an online store that does is not customer friendly.

Haven't ordered from them on the basis of too many negative reviews online, and their refusal to offer refunds. Am simply posting to note that of their many positive-sounding reviews here, fourteen of them (i.e. more than a third) were posted in the last two days. That seems a little fishy to me.

Lovely pieces, quality materials, good value for what you are getting. I’ve gotten 3 dresses for myself as well as a few pieces as gifts for others, and the feedback on the gifts have been every bit as positive. I’m 5’8”, 140lbs with an athletic build and wear a size small in everything I’ve ordered. The dresses have been great for vacation

Please be careful with this company still fighting for my refund you can only contact time by email my Visa customer service could not find a phone number for them

I enjoy the Pampelone brand, quality and good prices. I purchased a knit tank and the Indian silk pajamas. I appreciate the free shipping and returns to try clothes out. I only wish they updated their clothing descriptions with the material of the clothes. Not all descriptions say what the material is made of. Overall, a fashionable, quality and affordable women's clothing company.

I wish I could fill my whole closet with Pampelone. I love every piece I've purchased. The quality is incredible and everything fits perfecty. I always get approached with compliments and asked where I purchase my outfits.

I am an absolute fan of Pampelone. If I had endless money to spend, I would own every piece on their site. They find a way to make even more basic pieces unique, and I always get compliments when I wear their dresses (I think I own 6 now). I am very pleased with the quality of everything I have purchased. I have had to exchange some items for size, or if I did not like a color on me, and the returns/exchanges/credits have always been handled promptly. Both of my kids and my husband even know the name of this brand because I constantly show them new items I want.
