Panda Drum Reviews 

After much thought, I decided to splurge on a Professional Bundle, to give two of the drums as gifts and keep one for myself. I could not be more pleased! The recipients of the gifts used terms such as "amazing" and "wonderful" to describe their drums. I love the sound of mine! Although I have no musical background, right from the first day I was able to put together such pleasing and soothing sounds.

I think each of the three different drums (Pro, Plus, and Mini) is of very high quality, as are all of the items that came with them. I bought each drum in a different color (white, red, and blue, respectively), and think all three are very attractive.

There was a matter that I needed to address with Customer Support. I can honestly say that I have never encountered better support, given in such a timely and courteous manner. As a result, I feel as if I am now a part of the Panda Drum family. Any future steel drum purchases I make will be from Panda Drum, a company I highly recommend!

I was very Happy, when unpacking my Panda Drum, to see how very WELL-MADE and BEAUTIFUL it is!!! Too, a very nice carrying case, and pouch for Drumsticks and Booklet!!! Immediately took out to my porch, Syd the Pup cocked her head as I experimented with a few tones...then lay down and went to sleep! SO HAPPY to have this wonderful instrument. It will provide many hours of calming JOY!

I am writing this review because we enjoyed watching our grandson enjoying his panda drum so much . So , I purchased the bigger one as a gift for my husband and when he plays it , not only he enjoys it but hearing the calm notes , is truly a joy . This company has a great customer service .

In our world of large corporate type companies with an apathetic attitude to their customers, Diane, and I'm sure the whole Panda Drum family was in tune to this customer's needs.

We purchased the Panda Drum for our son who is in a very stressful job and we thought the soothing tones would help him to decompress after a difficult day. It was an instant hit!

But that’s just part of the story. The drum arrived on a day where there was constant heavy rain and the packaging was soaked through. Everything inside was wet — especially the song book which was damaged.

I wrote Panda Drum, explaining that our purchase was intended to be a gift. Diane, the customer support rep couldn’t be nicer and more understanding. She saw to it that a replacement for the entire order was sent to us right away. This is the kind of stellar customer service you’d want to have all the time! Thank you Panda Drum.

I purchased the Panda Drum for my granddaughter’s birthday. I was unsure which would be the best size. I contacted Customer Service and they were excellent. They helped me with selection. They were very professional, responsive and patient. I can’t wait for my granddaughter birthday so she will have her Panda Drum Gift.

I have zero musical experience so when a close friend bought one I was intrigued. I actually bought 2. The PRO for me and the MINI for my Grandaughter for Christmas who is 3. They exceeded my expectations! Even if you cant read notes (yet) you can still play using the numbers. The more I play the better it gets. Of equal importance their Customer Service is above and beyond any experiences I've ever had. Do something special for yourself or a loved one. You won't be disappointed!!

Based on my personal experience, this is a company who stands by their product, and goes above and beyond to stand by their customers, is top-notch in my book! I had questions before purchasing the Panda Drum, which were answered in sincerity; and once I received the drum, I reached out to them for a minor concern I had. They not only respond quickly, but there is absolutely no doubt their customer comes first and feel their compassion to want customers to be happy. Happy I am, not only with customer support's understanding, kindness, and caring about their customer, but I'm very happy with the Panda Drum and have been having a great time with it! I'm sure you will, too! Even the kids enjoy it with their easy number song books, so you don't have to know music notes...just match the numbers from the song book to the drum! Enjoy...you won't be disappointed!

Absolutely love this drum. It’s so soothing to play it. I usually follow my intuition and play it but you can follow the music book that it comes with also. The customer service is phenomenal too. Have already raves about it to all my friends. Thanks guys. ❤️❤️❤️

Love my Panda Drum! I have absolutely no musical ability, but am finding it remarkable easy to play. And the customer service has been excellent! They have promptly answered any of my questions. Highly recommend.

This drum is better than expected. It sounds just beautiful. It's easy to get started too. Customer support is top notch, explaining how each drum is unique, and the notes are sometimes not as pictured (numbered correctly), but the sound is spot on.
