The Panda Drum is very soothing to listen to and my two year old loves it. When I had a question about delivery, the representative got back to me right away and was extremely helpful.

We are a multigenerational household and as soon as the panda drum arrived, everyone was intrigued. My son-in-law never passes by it without playing it and immediately taught himself twinkle, twinkle little star. His 10 month loves to hear the sound and I feel happy having it within reach to be able to play and hear the soothing sound. I knew I would be happy with my purchase but I’m thrilled with how everyone else is reacting as well.

I bought the large Panda drum and 1) the staff is beyond wonderful to work with. Some of the nicest people and they are totally committed to making the customer experience pleasant and easy, and 2) I LOVE my Panda drum. Whenever I play it I got into the calmest state I've ever felt. It just soothes me. And the sound is also beautiful. It's almost hypnotic.

I love the drums I purchased. Not only are they beautiful, they sound lovely, even for a novice like me. I actually bought them for my granddaughters birthday but we all enjoy playing them.
Customer service was absolutely great, when I had a slight problem with delivery, they responded quickly to my email and tracked it until it was delivered, giving me regular updates. I will buy again!

I received a drum which was damaged during shipping and Jesus at Panda went out of his way to make things right. My original negative review was based on slow shipping method and judgement of a drum which was out of tune due to shipping damage. Panda credited me for the drum, sent a replacement and Jesus has taken ownership of the case and the replacement process to assure everything would go as promised. If you order and have an unlikely negative experience, they will make it right. While there is no customer service contact phone number to call, if you fill out the email form, they are able to contact you by phone to address the issue if it cannot be resolved via email. I appreciate Jesus and the extra effort put forth to correct the problem.

Upon doing a refund It says that the refund is fully processed but it is not. I am still missing almost $200 dollars from the purchase. Their team is super responsive - the product came beautiful and extra quality compared to their competitors because of the nice bag and essential items that came with it. However I am still trying to sort out with their team, Panda Drum Affirm, and Shopify which is confusing because all parties are denying responsibility and keep asking me to ask one another because none of them can do anything. It should not be this difficult to process a refund. Beware of this!!

Panda Drum not only provides great relaxing tones but also its customer support team are so delightful to interact with. They respond quickly and show concern for the customer. Everyone who likes to give themselves and their families time for relaxation and calm should buy themselves a Panda Drum. It doesn’t disappoint! I had a problem where I ordered my drum and an additional book, but the additional book did not come. I called and got no response but when I wrote a review, then I was contacted. I received the money back for the extra book in a timely manner. I really would’ve rather had the book, but at least the matter was cleared.

My original drum had one tongue which was about a quarter of a tone flat. Customer service was amazing! When I explained what happened, I was sent a new drum and absolutely love it! The resonance and beauty of the instrument really make a difference.

Paid for an expensive one. Sound is not loud. Not good for groups. A real disappointment and then, right after I bougjt the expensive one it went on sale 1/2 price. It’s not great. I would not recommend.

I ordered the mini panda drum directly from the company. I am very pleased with the customer service. I had received an email that my order would be delivered that day and it was not. I emailed the company and received a reply immediately. Advising the email was in error, how to track the package and she would personally follow up. I received my drum in a timely manner. I received an another email wanting to be sure the package it had gotten to me.
I bought the mini drum for my 3 year old non-verbal autistic grandson. He expresses great joy at making “music”. Start to finish this company came though with 5 stars.

Love the Panda! It is my second one. Bought for our 3 yo granddaughter. I like the tone of the larger ones but this is perfect for her!

The best customer service I have ever experienced. In fact at one point I thought it too good to be true and my purchase would never materialize. Customer service was always very quick to respond to my concerns. The Drum arrived one day later than expected but frankly it was probably just a postal lag which is pretty common. My daughter in law LOVES the Drum and so do her girls; looks like a couple more drums may be headed their way to complete their drum band…who knows, maybe I’ll join in too 😊 Very impressed with the Customer Service looking out for my concerns; delivery a day late but not a fault of Panda Drum! Incredible customer service should win some type of award! Hope you can tell how happy we all are with Panda Drum and its Representatives.

I ordered two minis. And both children, who are autistic, loved them immediately. I was impressed.

My son and grandson are coming to see me in a few days. My grandson is bringing the Pandra Drum, my son is bringing his drum from home. I accompany them with my Tamborin, which I have been playing for 25 years. Soooo, we are excited to see what we come up with. If we can video, I'll send you the link.
