Disappointing.
I ordered what I believed to be a large, academic year organiser and paid £44. What arrived was barely A5 size, small font and I will have to buy something more suitable for work as this will be filled far too quickly.

Gorgeous notebooks
Gorgeous notebooks, almost to lovely to use! I wrote with a fountain pen and the best thing no bleed through. The book band fits well and doesn’t squish the notebooks and holds my pens/pencils well. So far no lost pens. Highly recommend them.

I adore my PAPERSMITHS notebooks
I adore my PAPERSMITHS notebooks, in fact I now won’t use any other. I’m slowly working my way through all the gorgeous colours and hopefully they’ll add some more before I get through them all! Also the customer service is excellent and there’s always a little personalised handwritten note in with each delivery.

Great Products, but could improve …
Products are wonderful but gift wrapping was disappointing for £4. At the time they didn't have the pen refills so I ordered other items. Two days later they were in stock so I had to spend on extra postage to get them. Would be helpful if site indicated when stock due in shortly - or in longer time, especially for essential items like refills. Thanks
