PaperTrue Reviews

Excellent proofreading and editing service. I’m very satisfied with the quality of the work, especially the helpful academic advice provided before submitting my manuscript to the journal. Communication was fast and professional, and the order was completed in a very short time. Highly recommended.

Look with timezones, and random events occurring in my life, it has been good to know that when I send an Email, the team responds as soon as possible which isn’t that long. And the team responds in polite manner, it has been a long journey for this first one but im sure future ones will run smoother and finish quicker, I would Like to thank them all.

The company edited my thesis very carefully.
The price fees are clear and reasonable.

The prompts to submit my paper for editing was easy to follow.

I think the quality and price is so well however problem mainly sometime price is changing after negotaition and paid especially like formatting and referrecing so I think price should be more comrpehensive not so easy to adjust and asking for more

Great job , satisfied with the service I received. Keep it up

I had a great experience working with PaperTrue. The team was professional, responsive, and transparent throughout the entire process. They responded to my questions promptly and clearly explained what services they could provide, which helped set realistic expectations from the beginning.

Their feedback was thorough, and the turnaround time was exactly as promised. I especially appreciated how easy they were to communicate with and how willing they were to address any concerns I had along the way.

I would happily recommend PaperTrue to anyone looking for reliable editing and proofreading services.

⭐☆☆☆☆ **1/5 – Extremely Disappointing Experience**

**Job ID:** 181582
**Amount Paid:** **₹12,243**

I am writing this review to share my genuine experience and to seek justice for the poor service I received.

I paid **₹12,243** for professional academic editing with the expectation that my manuscript would be improved for journal submission. Instead, after receiving the edited version, my Turnitin AI writing indicator showed an extremely high score (around **89%**, according to my check). I immediately contacted the company and requested a proper revision.

After the second revision, the situation became even worse—the Turnitin AI writing indicator increased to around **95%** instead of improving. For my academic purpose, this made the manuscript unusable and caused significant stress, delay, and loss of valuable research time.

After several communications, **I was informed that I would receive a 50% refund**. Based on that assurance, I expected the matter to be resolved. **However, after making that promise, there has been no meaningful response, and I have still not received the promised refund.**

I am **not claiming that an AI indicator alone proves how the editing was performed**. I am simply stating my personal experience that the final edited manuscript did not meet the purpose for which I paid, and my concerns were not satisfactorily addressed.

What disappoints me the most is not only the quality of the service but also the lack of follow-through after assuring me of a **50% refund**.

I am sharing this review so that other researchers, PhD scholars, and students can make an informed decision before spending their hard-earned money.

**As of today, despite the assurance of a 50% refund, I have not received it. I sincerely hope the company honors its commitment and provides a fair resolution.**

I had a fantastic experience with PaperTrue. Haley and Tracy reviewed my paper, and their work was both thorough and insightful. They didn’t just correct surface-level issues—they took the time to deeply understand the content, improving clarity, structure, and overall flow.

What impressed me even more was how quickly they completed the review without compromising quality. Their attention to detail really stood out, and their feedback felt thoughtful rather than generic. It was clear they genuinely cared about helping me present my work at its best.

On top of that, their pricing is truly unbeatable for the level of service they provide. Communication was smooth, turnaround was fast, and the quality exceeded my expectations.

If you’re looking for reviewers who are meticulous, efficient, and professional, I highly recommend them.

I am fully satisfied by work with PaperTrue, and sure will continue.

I am a first-time author. English is not my first language. I searched the internet for an editor and was really pleased to find Papertrue that provides editing services. The editor has improved my English, the characterisation, and the flow of the story. Later, I requested several other services, including typesetting, cover design, etc. All the services have been completed satisfactorily. All the staff members are friendly and very helpful. My emails were promptly replied to, and I could always access the chatline quickly at anytime.

Great communication, top quality work and responsive team.

very good. Thanks for helping.
