We had a lovely Nissan X-Trail 4x4 hire car and received great service from Nicos & George. Booked and paid online and all the paperwork completed before we travelled. Met by George at the airport terminal and taken in his vehicle to collect the car at the PPC parking a couple of minutes away. The car was immaculately presented inside and out. Had no problems with the vehicle for our 2 week stay. Returning home we met George at PPC parking who drove the hire car to the airport terminal where we unloaded our cases. Very efficient service with a smile, couldn’t have asked for more!

The process of booking the car went smoothly online 2 months before the actual visit to Cyprus; the Paphos Car Rental team responded promptly and helpfully to my questions and a technical support event with the payment system. Everything paid for in a lump sum in advance, no hidden fees. Superb! As to the physical experience - nothing to report, everything went smoothly and effortlessly. Instructions for pickup were given beforehand but repeated by the actual person organizing the pickup (Mr.Nikos from NB Premium parking services) via Whatsapp several hours before the arrival at Cyprus. Contact was great, clean and technically sound car handed over smoothly with a basic tutorial and without any paperwork and 10 days and several 100km later returned to Mr. Nikos without trouble, with Whatsapp contact for the actual time beforehand. Hybrid system is great for the uphill/downhill roads of Cyprus and blends smoothly into city traffic even without turning sport mode on. A/C worked smoothly and the only bothersome feature of the car is the stereo system that doesn't want to remember the volume setting and had to be muted every time on a new ignition of the car. :-) Thank you very much for a relaxing and stress free experience, Mr. Nikos and Paphos Car Rental Team!

Great communication, lovely to deal with, very friendly. Was waiting at the airport to pick us up. The car was near enough brand new, and perfect for our needs. You always hear horror stories about hire car companies that hammer you with hidden charges and costs, but nothing like that with this hire company. We paid what we were quoted and nothing more. We got a really good price and a great service. Would recommend to anyone and definitely use them again

What a refreshing change to deal with a car hire company with no hidden charges or hold deposit, the price quoted when booking is the price you pay.

Their online booking and Docusign paperwork is so easy and fuss free and also eliminated the time you usually have to spend after your flight with other car hire companies completing paperwork etc on collection.

Our flight was delayed but when we arrived we were told to head over to a pick up point 20 seconds outside the terminal and there we were met by Steven who had delivered our car to the airport. He was very friendly and explained all we needed to know about the car even helping put out luggage in the car whilst he explained things. The car was very clean and just what we wanted. From coming out of the terminal to driving away only took 5 minutes which was brilliant.

The process to return the car was just as smooth and easy as our pick up. We chose to return the car to the airport.
Their depot is only a 2 minute drive away from the airport so we dropped the car there and Nikos who was really polite and helpful then took us back to the airport.

All in all what a pleasure it was to deal with such a polite friendly and professional car hire company where nothing was too much trouble and delivered on price, quality and service.
I will definitely be using them again and would recommend Paphos Car Rental to anyone visiting looking to hire a car.

We booked from the UK in advance, and everything was easy and clear. The car itself was spotless and Nikos met us at the airport even though our flight landed late on a Sunday. He took us straight to our car and we were on our way within 15 minutes. I would absolutely recommend Paphos Car Rental.

Overall this has been a great experience, hassle free easy booking process. The car was dropped off at the accommodation, no additional fees. clean and well presented car. The lad who dropped it off and collected it was extremely helpful. 5 star's all round..

Communication with Nikos from start to finish was efficient.
He waited for us at Paphos airport as planned, and explained everything in a polite friendly manner.
The car was a Nissan Note Auto which was in very good condition.
No problems occurred and dropped-off was easy and swift as well.

Everything was very smooth and stress free. Car delivered and collected from hotel. Didn’t have to spend ages waiting for paperwork like every other company I have used as they had received everything beforehand. Would definitely use again.
