Vous affirmez avoir reçu “un produit différent”.

Das ist eine sehr konkrete Behauptung – nur leider ohne jeden Nachweis.

Wenn eine solche Kommunikation tatsächlich existiert, ist die Prüfung trivial:

kompletter Chatverlauf
Datum/Uhrzeit
sichtbare Kontaktkennung
