Parachute were great helping me obtain a certificate I required to re-mortgage. The system is very user friendly and communication is fantastic. I have to say this was a pleasant and simple experience - getting my id1 form verified. Communication was excellent, from the first call I received - answering some emailed questions I had, booking and having the teams meeting with a member of the legal team, and receiving the completed documentation afterwards.
