Complete scam! Would not recommend. The service is useless. They could not even facilitate the passport queue and we ended up spending a couple of hours waiting.

Excellent Experience at Maputo, Mozambique Airport
We utilized Paradigm Meet & Greet to transit at the Maputo, Mozambique airport from an incoming international flight to an outgoing domestic flight. Our original domestic flight was changed about a month before our trip; giving us just one hour and forty-five minutes to make our connection. The entire experience with Paradigm was excellent. Gabriel was very responsive to all of our email inquiries and our transfer at the airport was handled beautifully. We were met by the Paradigm agent as we entered the airport and quickly escorted through customs, immigration, baggage collection, transfer from the international to the domestic terminal, check in, and security. The agent was very friendly, stayed with us the entire time, and made sure we were at the correct gate for our connecting domestic flight. Without Paradigm's assistance, I do not believe we would have made our connection on time. Thank you so much!

Amazing all included service
We were met right outside the airplane’s door, swift walk through passport control and luggage (with porter service) to the waiting car at the airport door. I would say all in all we had passed through all of this in 10 minutes (in style) instead of the usual 1 hour or 2. Amazing service, will definitely book again.

Very supportive, friendly and prompt
First time visiting Athens, Greece and the friendly staff assisted me and my family from arrival gate through passport control and luggage collection and we were out of the airport and in our car in 30mins. We will definitely book their services again.

Highly recommended and would definitely use again. Collected our senior in JoBurg from domestic arrivals and ensured they safely got to the transit area for an international departure. The best option for a hassle free airport experience
Paradigm are simply fantastic! They took care of all airport arrival and departures for my clients 4 week trip through South America. The clients were fast tracked through the airports and whisked into their cars on arrival. We are all so impressed with the service. Great services, Fast-tracked through Islamabad airport
Fast-tracked through Islamabad airport. Officer was waiting outside the plane with a sign and escorted us through security and went the extra mile to help find out why luggage was coming out slow, sped it up, helped load the suitcases and hand us over to the driver. Communication with booking was also good.

Meet & Greet with Fast-track at Stansted
Having heard of the chaos at Stansted airport recently, we decided to book the Paradigm meet and greet VIP fast-track service and it proved invaluable. We were met from our car and guided through check in, bag drop and security. With the fast-track security entry, we were through all the procedures within 20mins of arriving at the airport. If you have an early flight, are pushed for time or simply want to avoid the long queues and madness at Stansted, the Paradigm service is worth every penny.

Exceptional Meet and Greet Service
I booked the service for my elderly parents to ensure they had an easy passage through Barbados airport immigration. The service was excellent they were met and expedited through immigration and assisted with their baggage to a waiting car. I would recommend it to anyone.
