Lovely trees arrived only one day later but that was completely acceptable as they were traveling to Scotland so some distance. They were placed nicely in the garden no concerns with them

Healthy Plants
The plants arrived in good condition, but I had to wait months for all the plants to be delivered in one go once they had all arived at the distribution centre, or else I would have to pay £70 as a separate charge. I would certainly buy from this company again if they could guarantee that the plants were in stock at the time of ordering.

Healthy Plants and Helpful Delivery Service
I have had 2 orders from Paramount Plants and both times the plants I received were larger than expected and in a very healthy condition. Also both times I was kept notified of the order progress and precise delivery times.
Having had many disasterous orders from other nurseries, it is refershing to find a company that sends out good quality plants, and uses a courier that handles them well in transit. Shall certainly buy from them again.

Hidden gem of a tree supplier!
We have purchased 2 mature trees recently on two separate visits. Each visit is a delight with the helpful staff and excellent range of plants.
On both visits Kevin the manager was extremely helpful, finding the right trees for us and telling us about Paramount Plants and the trees we looked at.
We took one tree with us on the day and were helped to load it to the car, the other we opted for delivery due to size and were advised it would be in the next 2 weeks, three days later we had our tree delivered.

I am so happy with my purchase. My dwarf privet plant was packaged so carefully and arrived in perfect condition. I have never dealt with this company before, but we are in the process of moving house and I shall definitely be buying more plants from them for my new garden. I can highly recommend.

Most unlikely I will use this company again.
Plant good but delivery service was very much second rate. My tree was a gift and I wanted good comms with the recipient. We did not get this and when the delivery finally turned up the recipient described the delivery driver as "very rude and unhelpful". Not what I expected when you spend £70 for delivery. It is most unlikely I will use this company again.
