I purchased a plant from Paramount Plants over six months ago and unfortunately found that the root ball wasn’t in the best condition. I contacted them by email, and I have to say, their customer service was absolutely exceptional from start to finish.
They were more than helpful and immediately offered a replacement. As I wasn’t able to get to their garden centre, they kindly offered me a credit note instead.
It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers and goes above and beyond to put things right. Their understanding, kindness and willingness to help really stood out.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paramount Plants. Excellent customer service and a company that truly values its customers. Thank you for such a positive experience! 🌿

Very good quality tree and excellent delivery

Excellent price and packaging, revealing a wonderful plant inside. Highly recommended.

Fantastic purchase. Delivery a little strange as put in the back of a truck and not strapped in on a £700 tree I thought a little more care. Sadly a few branches were lost but the tree itself is wonderful.

Rhododendron bush as described, as it was bought in the autumn no flowers as would be expected for a plant that flowers around June, but looks green and healthy. Delivered in good order on a small pallet (pot was 40L, delivered total weight 50kg). Took rather longer than the 2 -3 weeks delivery estimate, came in 4 weeks, possibly because I did have a small restriction on delivery days, but was informed about the actual delivery date a week ahead and it arrived on time. Courier helpful on the day about a time slot. I look forward to a mass of flowers next summer. Jim

I bought 4 pleached photenia red robin trees online. They are 3m tall with 1.2m frames. Being out of the delivery area, I was quoted over a hundred pounds. I thought this was reasonable as the trees were half price and still came under the price I'd pay for locally sourced trees. The ordering was simple and acceptance of the delivery was by email. I was kept informed of the delivery date and they came on time and the gentleman left them where I asked him to. They are attached well to the bamboo frame and look healthy although fairly sparse compared to others I have bought from elsewhere, but maybe this was why they were reduced?

Very easy to place the order and the communication was excellent right through to delivery.

Plants arrived in very good health and ahead of the time frame expected. An absence of plastic in the packaging too ... post aside of course. Updates throughout the order process were also very good.

The plant came in it's own pot, well strapped to it's own pallet!

Called to check my order before placing and got excellent assistance. Placed order on line and got 40% discount and requested a delivery date which they were able to accommodate and all communicated very well. Plants all turned up in excellent condition and all were at least 150mm taller than the higher range given. Very pleased especially where discounted.

Great customer service - when product arrived I requested images before despatch - staff all very helpful. Plant arrived on schedule.

Everything other than I had to wait all day for my delivery to arrive at 5.45. An am or pm time would make customers lives easier. Also the delivery drivers unloaded the trees at the roadside and didn't offer to either pull their lorry in or carry them to the garden, this would have been very helpful to us. They are the only two reasons I didn't give a 5 star review.

The delivery was a day earlier than indicated. Fortunately someone home. So ended well enough.
Plants of very good quality will be excellent start to statement front hedge.

Careful delivery and exactly as explained. Good quality plants. Very pleased and would use the company again as we have before.
